Great service
Great service. Adam the sales advisor was great from start to finish and was kept up to date with everything. Couldn’t fault him at all.He really is very professional and not at all pushy.
I would have given 5 stars but knocked one one mark down for attention to detail from the valeting team. On the surface it looks great but when opening the doors and also the fuel cap, this showed really dirty marks which had been missed.

Worst experience buying a car we've ever had
(Doncaster Branch) Without a doubt the most stressful experience buying a car we've ever had.
Sales rep was extremely pushy, would not take no for an answer when trying to explain we do not want the addons - I understand that they are wanting to earn some commission, but this sales rep even tried to convince us to take finance we don't need when we made it clear we just wanted to buy a car. Asking for addons once or twice I can understand/forgive, but after being badgered 7+ times it becomes annoying and frustrating. Also poor attitude as this rep would frequently leave the desk for long periods, sometimes slamming laptop closed when doing so, the rep seemed irritated and annoyed with us just because we did not want to take any addons.
Two stars as the car (so far) seems fine and we have always been a fan of Citroen's cars. Our experience this time however would not make us eager to return to this dealer.

I have been dealt with by many different car companies over my long years, and I can honestly say the Evan’s Halshaw, Citroen, Doncaster. are at the very top of my list.
also I can say that I do not work for this company,vI have no relatives involved in this company,band I did not buy my vehicle from them.cBut I as so glad I was advised to go to them with the electrical problem I had with my Peugeot 3008.

Major Repair, No Road Test, Fault Within 24 Hours
This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with a dealership.
After an engine replacement, my vehicle developed a P20EE fault less than 24 hours after collection. For such a significant repair, you would expect thorough post-installation checks. However, paperwork showed the mileage had not increased between drop-off and collection — meaning no road test was carried out before returning the vehicle.
When I raised concerns, only an underbody visual inspection was performed. This does not properly assess SCR/AdBlue components, NOx sensors, engine-bay wiring, or live diagnostic data — particularly relevant given the fault code.
Despite multiple requests for written clarification about what was checked and confirmation regarding the road test, I was simply told their “original stance stands” and asked to authorise a paid diagnostic.
The most concerning part is not just the fault appearing so quickly after major work — it’s the refusal to provide transparency or properly investigate without placing the financial burden back on the customer.
I am now escalating this matter externally and arranging an independent inspection.
Extremely poor handling of what should have been resolved professionally.
