Max was the sales adviser I dealt with. He was extremely helpful and even though he was new to the post gave off confidence. He sought out answers for me and was able to get me the car I wanted. Communications were always clear. Would highly recommend this showroom as all advisers were helpful making car buying a pleasure. Many thanks

Staff are helpful, knowledgeable or always prepared to find out the answer to queries. Appointments are well timed and I have confidence in the workmanship. I prefer to deal with the Rotherham staff than call centre staff.

As a woman I absolutely hated going to the garage on my own. However, coming to evans halshaw rotherham has complely made me feel at ease. Lisa in the service team is absolutely amazing.

I picked up my used car yesterday from Evans Halshaw Citroen Rotherham branch (Sunday 29th October 2023), having pre booked my appointment. The salesman Max Armstrong pre-sent all of the relevant documentation / URL links during the previous week to speed up the process and to make me aware of the various options available for the car (purchase options, warranty offers, protection cover etc.). The transaction went smoothly, Max knowledgable and provided all answers to my questions and concerns. Drove the car away after a couple of hours and Max called me afterwards to ask how the car was driving. Excellent service and will use Evans Halshaw again.

Salesman Joe white was very efficient and helpful .We liked how he listened to what we wanted and helped make it happen.He was patient and understanding.. a nice honest guy who didn’t pressure us .
The service from them was very good and I now have a lovely new car .

Bought a car from these and paid for some extras scotchgard and did a test when I got home with water on the seat it went straight through did not do what it should do took car back and the salesman said it had been don but it hadn't he said things happen they just like taking your money and not giving the goods you pay for they are just scam you out of your money
