Recently been into Citroen Rotherham for my service and needed my air con re gas.
What fabulous service I was offered on arrival by Lisa. I was offered a courtesy car, luckily I did not need as I was with my husband, but very much appreciated.
My car was in for a few hours and I got the phone call throughout the day to say they had finished. When I arrived, it had been fully cleaned inside and outside! It was immaculate.. what a lovely addition.
I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you all so much!

We recently bought a car from evans Halshaw plymouth, when the weather warmed up we tried to use the air conditioning wasn't working.
Went back to the garage as we still had their warranty and it was supposed to be fully serviced, they had closed the whole business down.
I phoned the number I was given by security people there and was told someone would phone me within 10days nothing. I have emailed them still no response.
We had to get this repaired new condenser had to be fitted as the other one was full of stone chips causing it to leak,at a cost of £600
I was shown it before it was removed could be easily seen why wasn't it picked up on the service.
I think there after sales service is terrible even though they have closed nobody has the courtesy to reply

Everything was fine and the receptionists were helpful and knowledgeable, but cleaning and valeting was rather under par with wheels not cleaned and windows unfinished.

Very dissatisfied with the service of Evans Halshaw Rotheram. Unfortunately they have lived up to every stereotype of a ‘used car salesperson’.
They were liberal with the truth, used words like ‘immaculate’ whilst hiding very clear blemishes both inside and outside of the car.
They were smiles and manners before the sale, then rude and unresponsive afterwards. And most notably- they listed something on the advertisement that was only half true.

I will think very carefully before taking part in an online /distance sale again.

I have asked for their complaints procedure (which all respectable companies should have) but have been ignored for weeks. Leaving me to deem them as completely unprofessional without hesitation. I hope this is seen by a head office as I cannot find a route to contact them.

We went to the showroom on a speculative visit to find out what Hybrid options there were in the new Citroen range. We were introduced to Laura Hartley, who, very pleasantly and professionally, guided us through our options.
Having narrowed down our choices we were allowed to take a demonstrator for a test drive, and we firmed up on the model we wanted.
The haggling process for part exchange and discounts can be tortuous, but in this case Laura very efficiently and quickly got an acceptable deal agreed with her manager (after a few back and forths).
We were kept in touch with possible delivery dates and within 2 weeks collected our new Citroen.
We are very pleased with the service from Laura and she kept her promise to ring us after a couple of weeks to make sure everything was ok.

Went to see a golf at the dealership, were shown round the car, and taken the car for a test drive all was good. At the point saying we interest in the car and pointed out thing required doing full Valet as the interior was not clean and had a bad smell, there was a scratch on front bumper that required touch up. Sales person yes we will sort everything out. At point of placing a deposit the sales manager came over and told us about the different guarantees they provide. We said no not wanted as this he say your car will break down on top of that my car I had not purchased from them he say break down for me and my wife felt shocked for hearing this from a manager. After all this we still carried on. Came to dealer ship on the 6th Jan was everything had been sorted, went and checked the car, the valet was not done car had a lot marks, found the rear wiper cap was missing told the salesmen and he said that missing from before which I know it wasn’t. They touched the scratch. Fuel was with 5 miles left in reserve tank.
On Sunday 7th me and my son who had purchased the car, we had washed the car and noticed the touch had come off.
For me overall is a back service from the dealership.

I have been a customer for some time and always feel welcomed and valued. The team are excellent and know the product range well. Always cheerful and helpful and always on hand should you need more advice. The team don't forget you after you've driven away your vehicle, with calls from Laura checking all is ok. When it's time to change my car I'll be going back to the Rotherham branch without hesitation.
