Great customer service excellent advice not pushy given time to sit down and discuss options for our new car very helpful and trustworthy would highly recommend and would go back and deal with Tom again

Recently I bought a car from Evans Halshaw and they went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. From Salesman to business manager they secured me a great deal and in no time I was driving away with my desired car. I’m very appreciative of everything they did and their communication with it all.

Great experience buying my third car in the last 10 years from here, just reluctantly traded in my 14 plate Dacia Logan diesel, a lot of fond memories in that car which had absolutely no business lasting and driving as well as she did, quality vehicle with a ridiculously good price point to performance (zero road tax anyone?)
Looking forward to us making more memories in my 18 plate Sandero (for my daughters first car).

Great experience from start to finish from Evans Halshaw, Middlesbrough. This was my first time purchasing a car online, which I was nervous about and also the first time purchasing a car from Evans Halshaw. I was worried as I wasn’t able to physically go into the showroom to see the car as I live in Glasgow and the car was in the Middlesbrough showroom. My mind was quickly put to rest as Tom arranged a video of the car to be sent to me and then arranged a Teams call to go through everything, the process was seamless and pain free.

Tom exceeded my expectations, nothing was a bother, he kept me fully informed on the delivery date of my new car and even called the day after to check that everything went well with the delivery, which it had. The delivery driver called me with an ETA and arrived when he said he would, he was friendly and professional, the full experience was great and I would highly recommend

Had a lovely experience purchasing our new Dacia Duster from Evans Halshaw Middlesbrough. Ordered over the phone with Jack new car sales who explained everything clearly to us, after completing the order everything was confirmed and signed by email making this process a lot easier due to us being of an older age. Emails came randomly keeping us updated on the order and arrived just about when advised it would. We arranged collection with Jack and he made our experience in the showroom on collection special as this would be our last purchase of a car and a big birthday gift for my husband. Thank you Jack everything is going really well but we know you would help us out if we needed anything doing after our purchase. Needed to buy a new auto Duster from stock and Evans Halshaw in Middlesbrough had a few in. Colleen and Neil were very helpful, not pushy and after a quick test drive we bought a white Expression model. Happy customers.😊
