Amazing service by Jack. From start to finish, knowledgeable, polite etc. etc. Couldn’t have enough words to eulogise enough.

I have wanted a Renault Clio since 2019 and have been into a few garages between then and now! This time last year I went to Evans Halshaw Middlesbrough in the hopes of buying one, this is when I first met Colleen, a few days after viewing I rang to say I wanted the car and much to my disappointment it had just been sold that morning! Anyways, fast forward a year down the line to last week, I went back in the hopes of finally buying my dream car and Colleen was still there and remembered everything about me and what I was looking for. I have had my brand new clio for a week now and I love it! The aftercare has been amazing and I cannot thank Colleen enough for looking after me throughout what might’ve otherwise been a quite a daunting process.

I am extremely happy with my purchase of a Dacia Jogger Extreme by the salesman Jack. Not only is the car perfect (and cheap) for what I need, but I have to commend the customer service, amicability and professionalism of Jack. He has made purchasing a pleasure for a car buying novice as myself. I will happily come back here again for cars again! Thank you 😊

Colleen dealt with my purchase very professionally. I already had an idea of what I wanted and there was no pushy sales or pointless extras. Kept me up to date on the order time, and then helped me sort the transfer of my personalised plate. Recommended this dealership and Colleen to friends and family.

Be aware Evans Halshaw do not honour their warranty, or even Legal Rights.

Bought a car from Evans Halshaw 16th January this year that within a couple of weeks developed a ticking sound on acc, they advised me to take it to a main dealer who ran diagnostics on the car which came back clear so said it would be mechanical, Evans Halshaw have refused to pay anymore bills from the dealer saying they don't know how much it would cost. Even without the warranty they gave me I have legal rights which have been confirmed when I spoke with consumers direct but still Evans Halshaw refuse to fix the car.

I can highly recommend Jack Marston, very professional, helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish… Very happy with my new car, thank you!

Being disabled Colleen gray managed to find me the only new Dacia duster automatic available a customer cancellation the car is beautiful collection was fun as half the I T system was playing up but despite this Colleen was very professional and worked hard to over come these issues car ready to hand over Colleen then went on to show & explain all the cars controls hand over done I could of kissed her but keeping things professional we shook hands & I set off on my first drive which I found to be very smooth quiet what a beautiful drive

Good friendly service when coming in and ordering new car.
Slight delay on car arriving in UK, none of which dealer fault, but felt I was chasing for updates. Once arrived really thorough and friendly handover. Car looks lovely!
