I had recently bought a Ford ST from Evans Halshaw hull. Cam was quick to help me with any enquiries I had and initially taken a video of the car I was looking at. The service was super fast.

I had previously dealt with another Ford dealer and enquired about a similar car, but unfortunately received nothing but countless calls and they never actually answered my initial enquiry. On the contrary, Cam and his team at evans Halshaw was friendly, quick to help and most importantly not pushy. This really refreshing and helped me make my decision a lot quicker.

Cam had also supplied me with his personal number incase I had any further enquiries (after the purchase) with the car tech etc and reassured me that nothing is a silly question.

I cannot praise Cam and his team at hull more. Thank you!

I visited the Ford dealership today and was looked after by Mike, he found the perfect car for me and guided me through the full process, it was, for once, a pleasant experience and I felt under no pressure at all. I’ll certainly be recommending Mike to all of my friends and relatives.

Went to the Hull Branch to test drive a car for my daughter. Mike Coggan was brilliant, very patient, let myself and daughter test drive the car. Explained the car in detail and no pressure sales.

Bought a 2013 Mazda 6 2 months ago. Started having issues straight away on my way home from the dealer... Been repaired 3 times and it's still not right. Feels like it's been at their repair depot for half of the time I own it. Now it's being repaired by Mazda, as they have better equipment. Communication is patchy at best. They say I need a new gearbox... Been without a car for 2 weeks now.

Mike was super helpful despite hand over being early morning, very informative and clear when talking about the car and contracts!!

An extremely pleasant experience in buying a car for my son. Mike was professional yet very friendly, easy to talk my concerns through, no hard upselling, just a concise explanation of the elements. He graciously picked me up at the station when I arrived to collect the car. Five star service!

Bought a van from this dealership in March, everything was great up to the point of vehicle service history. Still trying to sort it out and totally gave up with the dealership regards this matter. I have a list of emails from March regards this which I think is very poor after sales care. I have recently contacted Ford Customer support who have been following it up and have thankfully been superb. But this shouldn't be the case, as this should have been all sorted and checked at hand over . Really poor after service from them and no response from them on my last email to Steve the sales man, who really just seems to want to blame the service department and brush it off as there problem and not deal with it when in fact as far as I am concerned this should have all been in order on pick up, and maybe spent a bit of time to set up the Ford app with you customer service.

Mike is the absolute best car salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, from here on I’d never deal with anyone else than him! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I purchased my Mustang Mach-1 from Michael and I must say the experience was exceptional.
From first contact I was given all the information about the car in a professional yet friendly manner, prompt videos of the car, concise answers therefore making me feel comfortable in dealing with Evans Halshaw as the majority of the transaction was based on not seeing the car ( Belfast v Hull )
Michael made my trip from Belfast to Hull an investment in time for such a great car, collecting me from the train station, having all paperwork ready to sign and getting me underway. The transaction was prompt and smooth. Handover was also aided by Cameron, another gentleman alongside Michael to deal with ( assets to the dealership ).

I can fully endorse this dealership and hope to deal with them again in the near future

I bought a van from the hull branch and I’m furious with the after care . Within two days there was a loud grinding noise coming from it . I took it to a local garage and upon investigation it had barely any break pads left on the rear which resulted in a cost from myself for rear pads and discs .

A few days later I noticed the side door doesn’t lock on the central locking .
A couple of days after the engine management light came on and the vehicle went into limp mode .
Again into the garage and was diagnosed with injectors .

I phoned evens halshaw Manchester, they booked it in on a Wednesday to be fixed under the evens halshaw warranty . I phoned later that day and they hasn’t started the work as they was waiting for authorisation from hull branch .

Five days later they’re still squabbling with hull branch to authorise it , they said they don’t need to , Manchester said they do and I’m stuck in the middle unable to do my own jobs who have all been pushed back . I’m on the phone to them 10 times a day and they tell me lies that they spoken to Manchester when they haven’t . It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have these problems after only owning the van 16 days and 8 of those it’s been sat in the garage . I will never ever buy a vehicle from this company again .

As I type this im still in the same position as I was five days ago with no authorisation and no van . AVOID !!!
