Great experience with Ford Ashton
Great experience with Ford Ashton, the sales team here are very helpful & knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. My buying experience was so straight forward and quick. The car was immaculate when I collected it too, I highly recommend using them and I will be back when I need to change again.

Poor service
Found the service poor was told 30-1 hour for the job. Was there 3 hours they did apologise but felt like it was just said. Then was told my car was parked in customer parking on the right in either front or back row, looked for 5 mins or so in the cold rain only to find it right out the door!! After going back in to ask.

Im autistic, the staff have gone all out to make sure I was supporrted appropriately through the process with suggestions, reminder calls/ emailed instructions to allow me to concentrate on the process itself without stress
Other companies could learn from this ...very refreshing not to made to fit a process.

1 month wait for repairs
My wife's Puma displayed a check charging system light. The cars under extended warranty and fully serviced here with a service plan. Unable to even look at it until the 9th Jan (nearly 1 month wait). I explained its a safety issue at the time, but no budge. Car has now cut out on my wife while driving our kid to nursery. Managed to get it to my local garage I use for my car, confirmed the alternator is completely shot (I was assuming it'd just be the battery). Ford recovery are now refusing to recover the car to the dealer due to a third parties involvement, which I've been told even if it was recovered to the dealer, I'd still have to wait a month. £1000+ part, so it needs to be done through warranty. Email address given to do the manual warranty claim is 48 hours just to get details on doing the application, associated phone number just hangs up after 5 minutes.
Absolute mess, never had issues repairing my wife's car before with this dealer, clearly have a technician staffing issue.
