I went to the Ford Evans Halshaw in Batley to view a potential first car and was extremely nervous, as I know car salesman in the past can be very pushy. However, Daniel Rogers, who was the car salesman I was dealing with, completely put me at ease and made the entire process of buying my first car extremely comfortable & enjoyable! He was simply exceptional and I would recommend him to anyone! Massive thank you!

I have always used Evans Halshaw over the past few years, excellent service and courteous. Well informed in every aspect of the sale.

Visited Evans Halshaw following seeing a car on the internet. We were sent a video of the car confirming the price and made an appointment the following day to view the car. We arrived and went for a test drive and all was going well until they told the the price had increased by £80. The old price was still in the window, apparently head office change the price regularly. Surely the first thing you would do is change the price in the car or honour the price it was advertised at. We said we would pay the price advertised and the price sent in the video only the previous day but the not so helpful manager let us walk away for £80. The car is still for sale two weeks later and we have now purchased elsewhere. Complaint to head office with a 48 hour turnaround, two weeks later still waiting. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever !!! Please avoid !!! A complete waste of 3 hours of our time but we now dealt with a proper garage and bought a brand new one.

The employee who delt with me Daniel Rodgers made me feel very welcome and helped and answered any questions I had about the car.

Really helpful team, did everything they could to get me on the road in my new car as soon as possible.... even though the Santander finance system was down that day... really appreciate their help.... will definitely recommend

Visited the showroom looking for a new car following an accident. Staff are approachable and helpful whilst not being pushy. Fab service and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful service from booking to collection. Kept informed of extra procedures and cost as and when needed. Did not receive video of car being serviced as I expected but had to laugh when I found a packet of crackers on passenger seat!! Thank you
