Was charged twice for MOT, when compared to the quote I was given through BookMyGarage.

Still waiting on a resolution.

During my visit I dealt with two Sales Executives – Jayson Wilcock and Samuel Thorp. These two guys were approachable, accommodating, friendly and confident. I wasn't pressured in the slightest and was left to browse the vehicle range by myself without being hassled, which was a breath of fresh air and extremely rare in this industry. They both answered all my questions with honesty and precision. I ended up getting the vehicle and deal I set out to get. The full process from start to finish was extremely painless and super easy thanks to these guys. I would highly recommend visiting Ford Blackburn if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Bought a second hand car from them few months later a coolant pipe blew off. Got AA OUT they refitted the pipe. Couple months later bad coolant leak. Few months after head gasket went. New recon engine fitted 8 days later about 50 miles engine blew up. Got it towed in 7th October and was promised on 1st December by the manager Joe that it would be back on the road in 2 weeks ment to be 2nd week of December. Now it’s 9th January and still no car. And they have told Blackhorse that I told them to put a stop on fitting replacement engine. All lies and I have transcript of that conversation coming I have not spoken to them since 1st December I’ve rung up to speak to the manager tonight was told he would ring me back shortly but no

Me and my son both bought new cars and within weeks they both broke down . Both took over 2 weeks to fix when mine was just a simple replacement battery . Had to keep ringing for updates as I didn't get calls from them

Customer service was excellent. The right car for the right job. I wanted a new car that wasn't a diesel engine and switch to something more efficient and environmental friendly. Matt found just the car for me. It will tow my caravan, but is better for the environment on day to day trips to work and better on the pocket.
