Used Car Purchase
I have just purchased a used car from the Burnley site and was attended to by Ryan who was very helpful and answered all my questions. The car was very well presented and I then had a test drive and agreed to purchase. I was very impressed with the car , its presentation and its competitive price so well done to Ryan and the team.

Avoid
Work was not carried out to a high standard, they even forgot to tighten a track rod nut which later popped out of place, had I have been driving at speed this would have been a catastrophic loss of control and potentially fatal to me and my children, the fee I paid for this service was also extortionate just to add insult to injury. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Very much improved on.
Very much improved on ask for the last couple of years customer service has been very poor but this has been reacted and was a pleasant experience as of 2023 look forward to servicing and MOT next year hope to see a repeat of this year.
