Very pleased with my new car!, Leigh was so friendly and helpful throughout, she answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with it being a distance sale.

Service dept. showed a clear understanding of the root cause of the problem, and I was able to see the car with all seats, carpets and interior trim removed for drying purposes.

How quick, efficient, and honest Matthew was in terms of helping to make the right decision and managed to sort out the entire purchase in a day.

I went today and test drove a second hand car and fully intended to buy it until the diabolical trade in price was given to me it was that low it was an insult.
The daft thing about it my Mercedes that I wanted to trade against the newer bmw was in far better overall condition and I'm only changing to get the grand kid into something more practical.
Must I say that this is no reflection on leigh the sales lady who was very helpful.
Please avoid if you dont want to get ripped off with a trade in ...

Had a look around some of the cars outside and then spoke to Leigh. She was super helpful offering advise on cars and allowing us to have a look in a good few and test drove a car. We didn't end up purchasing a car however we went away knowing what car we wanted from the advise Leigh had given for our needs. We didn't feel under any pressure to purchase or rush when looking at the cars. It was such a positive experience we'd definitely recommend anyone looking to go to Bury and see Leigh. Not interested in anything after they have your money, never get back to you and use delay tactics. Yes it's fixed now but took eight mths and the threat of legal action.

5* service from Jahfar, this is my first car I’ve purchased and Jahfar explained everything so well, kept in contact to update me every next step.. communication was 10/10. Such a kind person who truly wants the best for customers! My car was delivered exactly as described looking brand new! I was updated the whole time throughout delivery. As I was nervous this being my first car and buying the car without seeing it in person, Jahfar helped so much, he set up a teams call and we went through everything throughly in detail and was sent a video of the car inside and out. Thank you so much Jahfar for making this experience stress free and exciting as it should be buying a car! Absolutely shocking!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Evans Halshaw Bury! Avoid at all cost! Spent a lot of money on a vehicle plus extras such as warranty and scratch cover. Promised at the time of purchasing the faults would be sorted, 9 months later still fighting a battle to get everything sorted. To top it off car is now in garage to have parts fixed and no surprise they won’t cover with the warranty I paid for!

As I have been reading the previous reviews all they seem to reply is “will passed onto the relevant team for further training” or “please email …” and yet to still get no response or solution to anything! Pure money grabbing company and all the staff care about is commission.

Disgusting! I wish I could have taken the funds elsewhere that care about the customers!!
