The sales team looked after me very well highly recommend them

My car was fixed OK but it was only a minor issue and the fee seemed a bit excessive.

Had my vehicle serviced and thought all was well. A week later I noticed a part on the vehicle hadn’t been refitted. The dealer tried to deny this and fob me off. They reluctantly replaced the part but didn’t even have the decency to apologise even after leaving feedback with the service manager.

Mike was very helpful throughout the whole process, arranged for a vehicle to come from another store. Trade in value was more than other companies and my 'new to me' car is amazing. Genuine value for money and a first rate service. Highly recommend

Faulty car. Won’t take the car back.
The sales process was fine as it would be (they want the sale). However I’ve reported a fault and Evans Halshaw specifically the Bury branch this refers to, failed to repair it after bringing the vehicle back twice already. They confirmed the 2nd time it was fixed but it isn’t. I’m now £1000 deposit down and paying a lot per month for a car that isn’t safe. I tried to reject the vehicle via Northridge Finance as I have my car on HP. The dealership Evans Halshaw haven’t accepted this. All I want is my deposit back and they can have the car back. Instead I now have to go through The Financial Ombudsman which will take around 6 months for my case to be picked up. They claim you have good consumer rights with HP finance but they know what they’re doing forcing you down this long winded route. An easier resolution could have been done here, it’s really sad to treat customers like this.

The service department sorted out the issues with my car and provided a video to show me. Brilliant.

My car went in today to have a warning light looked at evans halshaws service centre in bury. Couldn’t fault the repair at all lovely helpful staff. A courtesy car was given to myself which was clean and comfortable. My repair was done quickly and I could check online it’s status throughout. I picked the car up to find it had been cleaned inside and out too. Thankyou so much evans halshaw bury even after the sale of the car you still keep up that 5 star service which we have unfortunately found previously found other competitors do not. Highly recommended.

Car came in for a new caliper after having the car 3 days they say part cannot be fitted and leave said part on passenger seat to be fixed by ourselves!! Not a happy customer

Ordered a new car from Chantelle at Evans Helshaw, Bury recently, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was knowledgeable about different model cars and answered all the questions we threw at her. We had a test drive which we had no time limit on, which helped us choose the correct car. Chantelle kept us informed about the delivery of the car ( which was initially 5 months but thankfully arrived after about 3 months). She contacted us to arrange a collection date, and all went smoothly. She talked us over the various controls and information about the car, again answering our many questions.
Overall a friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional point of contact for us to have at Ford. A super clean and airy showroom was also noted.
Highly recommend this garage!
