Cameron is an asset to your company! I walked in not knowing what car I wanted and he found me the perfect car. Excellent customer service
Second time having my car serviced at Ford Chorley. They quickly addressed a booking error, staff were polite and friendly as always. Car was collected/delivered promptly and returned back spotless.
It's really helpful having the video checks and being able to authorise additional work online. Prices are comparable to non-Ford garages locally, so well worth the dealership service stamp in my opinion.

From the moment I walked through the door at Chorley, I felt completely looked after. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free, and I genuinely felt like a valued customer throughout.
A special thanks to Tesh – a great guy who clearly cares about doing the best for his customers. Nothing felt rushed or pressured, just honest, helpful advice and support all the way through.
