This is my Ford Family in Milton Keynes. I love these guys. Josh assisted me in Service dept and he was a pleasure and very attentive. I was shocked by the Car Valetpreneur Charles. This man raised the bar for going the extra mile. I only asked for the front seat to be cleaned and he did the whole car inside and out! - I was not expecting that!

Diplomacy training may be required for the zealous gent calling me the day after my first visit, by telling me to give a 5 star review. Maybe he was dehydrated as God has blessed the weather too much recently. Lord of Mercy....

My second visit was much sweeter. Maybe because Abbey was on the reception this time. Only God knows :)

I like to think they went the extra mile as I am a war veteran. Since my car wreck in February, my dad couldn't have made a better choice in choosing a Ford Focus and service plan.

I was blown away how Josh only took seconds to fix my bluetooth issue - a proven asset. I wonder how the hierarchy will be able to retain his services once the competition learn of his skills.

Call me a caveman, but I'm loving the auto engine cut off. The choices on the dashboard will keep me captivated until the Rapture takes place. Are you ready? If not I can help. To still be here after having a Michael Schumacheur is only by God's Grace.

I recommend these guys 100%. I need to make them a keto cake :) Mind you the only concern I have is the fact there is no parking sensor on front or back available for the Focus. I need all the help l can get.....

I had MOT and Service here, got the AC regas and got 4 new tyres fitted. £800, fair enough. Only to have it back with one reverse light out, AC completely stopped working but the heater is (it’s 27 degrees outside, thanks) and a cable left disconnected by the driver’s seat.
Update: brought it back to another branch and nothing was sorted as it needs further diagnostics, my AC was working fine before all this. Thanks so much for wasting my time :)

Bunch of cowboys, to busy trying to sell insurance and extras. So called admin fees which don’t have to be paid when you challenge them. Cars aren’t pre checked as they make out. Burning smell and warning light came on on test drive to do with clutch. Told it was way I was driving it. Definitely not an honest bunch to deal with. Car a was going to buy at £12100 I noticed on their paperwork as market price £11400. Their reason given was simple it’s a mistake.! STEER CLEAR

Purchased an 18 plate Ecosport Diesel from Evans Halshaw Milton Keynes. Everything is great when your spending your money with them but not when you receive the vehicle. I was informed that it had recently been serviced, had a new battery, alternator and had been valeted. The vehicle had not been valeted, had not received a service and the wrong battery had been fitted. I have had a loads of issues with the Sync 3 audio unit its had loads of master resets by myself and and Evans Halshaw and Evans Halshaw Milton Keynes and Merthyr Tydfil will not speak directly with any other of their Evans Halshaw branch's I have to call both branches to get things sorted. this is ridiculous.
I could not get a courtesy car so arranged for Evans Halshaw in Merthyr to collect my vehicle as I do not own another car to get me home from the garage, they cam to collect it left a vehicle outside my house and said that I could not use their vehicle as I was not insured. I would not purchase any future vehicles from the Evans Halshaw company.

Went in to look at a car as the old car was starting to cost a lot of money and had my heart set on a puma . Me and the salesperson had a discussion and he spent most of the day with me sorting the purchase . Professional , polite and as always very informative . It’s the third car I’ve purchased from them and never had a days trouble

I gave my Ford Focus for repair with them. They took around a week's time to give my car back. Billed me for over 1700 pounds and gave me a Car which is not going above 30 MPH on a 70 MPH road. When speaking with them they are saying that the car needs time to learn the driver. What is there to learn? On a 70 MPH road if I am not able to do anything above 30 I am just signing my death wish.

Not sure how experienced they are but certainly they rely alot on Computers. I am so stuck now and don't know what to do.
Very bad experience servicing car from them.
Will not recommend to anyone
