Evans Halshaw - FordStore Bedford レビュー 

I’m a self employed Electrician that needs a vehicle at all times so booked in with Evans Halshaw for work to be done while away on a weeks holiday.
Booked vehicle in for gearbox issue on 19th July.
No communication until we rang on 24th July (whilst on holiday) told they needed to order gearbox paid £4,000 in advance for gearbox.
Gearbox arrived 31st July. Received text to say truck is going in on 1st August.
1st August 9.55am receive text to say truck going in on the 13th August. NO explanation.
We rang them (they eventually answered after many tries ) and was told a job had over run.
Got to speak to manager after many attempts who DID NOT APOLOGISE for the delay. Told us he would be there when we came to collect the vehicle on Tuesday 20th August.
Took hire vehicle of hire.
Arrived at 5pm on 20th August to be told manager had taken the day off 😡.
Paid £3,414 before being given the keys.
Was taken to vehicle that was covered in dried on bird poo and low tire pressure warning light on. It looked like an abandoned vehicle. Was told that I had to take vehicle in that condition.
Drove 200 yards and a loud noise was heard from gearbox. WORK WAS NOT DONE TO AN ACCEPTABLE STANDARD.
Had to argue to get a vehicle as I had no vehicle for work.
Now 25th August and still don’t know when I will get vehicle back and STILL NO APOLOGY FROM THE MANAGER.

I've just purchased a Ford Fiesta Titanium and traded in my old Fiesta
Ekram Alom was the sale representative, I found him very approachable with a friendly professional manner.
He made the experience very easy, taking me through the stages of buying and trading in my car. He had full knowledge of the car I was buying and answered all my questions.

It took seven calls over three days for a member of staff to pick up the phone and help me book my vehicle in for a service. I even phoned another section to see if the department had closed down but was just told they are busy but her would get them to call me. No one ever returned my call and I manged to get through on the third day on my seventh attempt. The staff on the day were lovely and helpful but the pre-cutomer service was awful.

Worst customer service

Recently upgraded my car from what can be best described as a postage stamp with an engine attached to a Ford Fiesta with all the mod cons, which to me is basically the difference between a hang glider and a fighter jet. Jacob was immensely helpful in setting everything up for me - having never bought a car before I was a little uncertain of what I was meant to do. I must also give credit to the Evans Halshaw cat, who seems to have received special training in being adorable and ensuring successful sales. Thank you all for making this an easy process and a positive experience throughout :)

Dealing with James made buying a used car straightforward and painless. He was helpful and quickly understood our requirements, sourcing the right car at the right price. Car had a faulty stop/start battery, the price for supply and fit was reasonable and staff very helpful. Car was fixed and they contacted myself at the time I requested. Brilliant.
