Everything went smoothly. Would recommend and use again.

Excellent service, worked with us to get round a couple of matters.
Salesman, mr Black, was open and straight with us and helpful and patient in allowing us time and space to discuss our options etc.

Jordan at the Cumbernauld road branch was utterly outstanding . Explained the process from start to finish . His knowledge of the car that we purchased and the features of it was amazing . Don’t even think about going near Evans Halshaw, promises that aren’t delivered when going to collect vehicle. If you have cash go elsewhere sales people only interested if you are paying with credit agreement.

Great from start to finish. We dealt with Gary for our purchase and the service manager for a small repair. (So sorry I can't remember his name as my husband dealt with side). Everyone has been super, very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

The vehicle has A Stop start which does not work, has not worked since I first collected the car 2 weeks ago. The car has now been in for repair 3 times in 2 weeks The first repair was the engine management light coming on after driving 2 mile from picking up the car at Evans Halshaw , Ford Glasgow . When I took the car back I also explained that the Stop Start was not working. On picking up the car after the repairs had been carried out I asked if the stop start was working, I was told it was. Unfortunately It was still not working.The second time the car was in for repair for stop start and to replace the O2 sensor which was the cause of the engine management light coming on. I was again told the stop start was working, it was still not working, I call and spoke to the Lead technician who asked me to drive the car for a week to see if that would “kick in “ the stop start. During that week I noticed that the car also judders when driven above 65 miles per hour and squeals when drive slowly round a car park. The stop start did not “kick in” so I called and asked for it to be sorted. I also highlighted the juddering and the squeaking. I have now been told today that the juddering and squeals can not be felt or heard during a test drive on a 50 mph road. During this call I was also told the stop start was now working and I could pick up the car. Due to the inconvenience I have experienced and the fault in juddering and squeezing I asked for my money back however been told I am outwith the 14 day money back guarantee and have driven over 250 miles . On picking up the car today the stop start is still not working, manager Graham then came out to drive the car and show me the stop start working which I agreed to, unfortunately the stop start did not work during this drive and according to the manager it worked 5 times yesterday and Stop starts can be temperamental
I have been told I can not get a refund and will be called on Monday regarding the Stop start issue. Extremely unhappy and very disappointed in paying nearly £10,000 for a car that is faulty and repeatedly being told the fault has been fixed but it has not.

Ford Focus car in for an MOT. Required 2 tyres. Price quoted to supply and fit EACH tyre was approx £220.00! (£440.00 in total) That was approximately double the price any other supplier would charge. It would seem to be an attempt to take advantage of people whose cars are in their workshop and who may - wrongly - think they are being quoted a reasonable price, or who may otherwise feel obliged to pay an exorbitant price.
