Professional,efficient, friendly service.

The service provided was great had my annual service done and MOT done on a sperate day.
Service here is great and I trust Evans Halshaw to deliver and have never been disappointed over the last 10 plus years.

Please please please stay clear of this mob. I warn you DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. We spent 18k on a car that cant be driven any distance without the engine management light coming on. They are refusing to take the car back and give us a refund. They don't agree that spending 18k on a car and having so many issues deserves a refund. Please take my advice and don't buy from them. Feel free to contact me.

Staff were friendly knowledgeable and kept me informed about my repair

My only complaint is the coolant level being low after it being replaced. Other than that. Happy with the service.

First class customer service, staff were friendly and polite.
Car was returned washed and hoovered.

Gary was really helpful and informative and took plenty time to explain all the options

On the day of getting my car there was an issue with the key salesman tried to get it fixed but couldnt, service department couldnt care less told nope youll have to come back even tho i work away all week told cant do a saturday so booked the friday 1week after getting the car and due to work had to rearrange till the monday (10/6/24),
1.5hr later once car had been in told yeah issue with the key need to order a new one and rebook now having to take anther day off work ( 17/6/24) hopefully get it sorted. To top it off suffered a blowout on the rear tyre £135 to get replaced for a tyre that the rubber is degarding due to the fact they are the orginal tyres from 2018, amd they failed
the mot on the car for a wiper and then passed it only for the same issue to be there, all in all unsure if the car is fit for the road and know need to go to get a fresh mot and make sure nothing has been missed

This was the least stressful experience I've had buying a car, and a lot of that was thanks to our dealer - Greg Black. He represented Evans Halshaw excellently, he was very clear about describing the process and requirements, very willing to answer questions, very willing to support problems, and very amiable overall. He even came in on his day off to finish the sale when it was convenient for us. We would definitely recommend buying from Evans Halshaw to others.

Great service from the service dept, but overheard sales dept staff talking whilst I waited for my car and they were being unprofessional and unkind about a customer that recently purchased a car and had an issue a few hours after picking it up. I wouldn’t give the sales team the opportunity to sell me any of my future cars after hearing this.
