Really good experience buying a car here. Dave dewhurt persevered with my indecisiveness and went above and beyond and came in on his day off to personally do the handover which i really appreciated.

I paid £99 to reserve a ford Edge,Drove…
I paid £99 to reserve a ford Edge, I Drove to preston about a hour away to test drive and review the car.
I took the car out for a test drive,seemed OK until I lifted the bonnet,it had a milage written on the plastic engine cover,that started to ring bells,and it was full of dead brown leaves,the salesman said it had been sitting under the trees,I said its summer,leaves don't fall,and that bonnet hadn't been lifted for a while.
Also the salesman took my Licence and never gave it back to me. After numerous of emails trying to get it back,they keep fobbing me off,and I still haven't recieved it and now have had to buy another Licence to hire a car on Holiday.They won't give me a tracking number,and keep going round the houses,trying to fob me off, I am thinking of informing the police,as this could be a identity problem for me,can someone of authority please call me Barry Davies you have my number

Excellent customer service from Jarret Brown, I'm yechnophobic! Absolutely detest doing anything new with technology, get very anxious. He helped from the beginning to end, from paying a deposit through a link to secure the car, He was attentive and understanding and professional, would certainly deal with him for my next car.

Wildtrak Order & Delivery
I recently took delivery of a new Ranger Wildtrak which had been on order for 8 months. I dealt with Matt Cooke who kept me informed of its progress throughout this process and was always there to answer any questions that I may have had. The hand over was seamless and a small niggle with the vehicle was sorted very quickly. I would definitely recommend dealing with the Commercial Team at Evans Halshaw Preston.

Bought a car just over 2 years ago had nothing but problems
Bought a car just over 2 years ago with 17,000 miles. I’ve done 14,000 as I use this on a weekend only. Turbo has gone on the car which yes cars are a machine. However when mechanic has looked under the hood of the car it looks like that of a 15-20 year old car.
When contacted no help offered what so ever with the car and now left with finance and no way round but to pay. Poor service and would not recommend.

Came to Ford Preston having seen a car online just the night before. David C was massively helpful, no pressure, just helped answer any questions and took me on an easy test drive.
