Amazing young sales man!
I am very impressed by the customer service I received from jarreth, even after I must have frustrated him with my mindless questions... I decided just to walk in and have a nosey and would have quite happily just looked around on my own, however he came over very promptly and really made me feel welcome, showing me around and letting me see different cars and recommending the ones he thought would suit what I was looking for. I have been looking for a new car as my current car is on its last legs. I called up Evans Halshaw Preston and spoke to Jarreth. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about different types of cars and which would be suitable for me. Came into Evans Halshaw Preston to get a valuation on my car, I was dealing with Jarreth and he made the whole thing a very quick, stress free and easy step by step process. I did the online valuation first and then took my car in to get it properly valued and they offered me a great price!

I never actually bought a car from there. However, I have dealt with a Mr Coldham. Very polite and professional. Took the time out to deal with me and directed me right where I needed to go. When I do come round to swapping my car, I will check this place out first.

Great experience buying a car from Nathan
Great experience buying a car from Nathan.
Not one ounce of pushy salesman. It was extremely busy when I came but the team still went out of the way to make time for me.
I was interested in two cars different spec. Nathan didn't push for the more expensive one, just explained the differences and let me make up my own mind. He took an interest in my personal circumstances and what I needed the car for again explaining the differences but not pushing one over the other.
The whole experience was so relaxed from start to collection. 5*
