Aynsley was so very helpful when i visited Evans Halshaw at the weekend to look at a car i had seen online, having never brought from any car garage before i had no idea what to expect but Aynsley made the whole process super easy and straightforward for me. Went for 2nd hand purchased brand new
Went to look and possibly purchase a secondhand car at Evans Haleshaw Wolverhampton we spoke with Mark who spoke to us about a new car deal that was so exceptional that we ended up driving away in a brand new kuga for cheaper than buying a secondhand car. So Thanks Mark and also to George who stood in for Mark for the hand over. Would really recommend these guys no hard sell gave us plenty of time and information for us to make a decision.

Helpful staff, happy with my car
I reserved a car online. Pavan was really helpful, detailed video and kept me up to date. I had my car delivered within the week and they took my part ex away.

Two words 'never again'
Two words 'never again'. I have always purchased a new car and this year I finally made a decision to buy second hand. Very nice when you are buying a car but not when a problem arises. I was told the vehicle had been serviced, it was not! Car was supposed to be valeted it was so dirty inside and I spent days cleaning it properly. Purchased extended warranty and service plan from evans halshaw. Had to pay for a full service shortly after purchasing car, air and pollen filters filthy.
They agreed to pay half of the service costs stating I should have bought the car back...hello YOU SAID YOU SERVICED IT! So now not only am I out of pocket but I'm also paying for the service plan.
I would also like to thank you evans halshaw for the reminder email you just sent me for a service that shouldn't actually be due yet according to the plan I bought from you.
I dont even have any trust that the servicing will be done correctly by this branch when I have to bring my car in. Let's wait and see..
