Excellent Customer Service
I bought a Ford Focus and was dealt with by Liz. She explained everything thoroughly to me and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Furthermore, there were a few minor problems with the car which Liz said she would try to resolve and would then get back to me (which she did). I found Liz extremely friendly, helpful, courteous and professional with a sense of humour (which I really liked!) I would recommend the staff at Evans Halshaw, especially Liz for her excellent customer service. Thank you.

Please do not use MR at Wolverhampton…
Please do not use Mark at Wolverhampton he is unprofessional and can’t manage his work load resulting in panic and frustration which tainted the whole experience. He promised it would have fuel in the car and it didn’t so he was the first to drive it off the fore court to the petrol station! It should be the customer having the experience of driving through the doors.

Very impressed with the service from Pav, Vinny and Alaric.
Pav was not a pushy salesman whatsoever and listened throughout the process & surprised me when he said I could drive away with the new car today!
A special thank you to the managers Vinny and Alaric for assisting with the initial enquiry and the payment process.
Would recommend for an easy, streamlined process if in the market for a used car.

Fab experience buying with Liz
I dealt with Liz, Alaric and Kate during the transaction for my gorgeous new car, they were all amazing! Liz was my go to girl and was fantastic. She worked so hard to secure me the car I was after. She was also patient with me when I was hesitant which was really lovely. I would recommend Evans Halshaw to anyone looking for a used or new car. 10/10
