MOT took just over an hour so very happy with service!

I have bought new cars from kia stourbridge for the last ten years. Always found the staff to be friendly, professional and very helpful. Minor problem with the online form but chloe soon sorted this out. Excellent service and would highly recommend. Thank you chloe and Andrew for all your help.

We purchased a vehicle from Evans Halshaw with approximately 3,000 miles on it, expecting near-new reliability and peace of mind.

Shortly after purchase, the vehicle had to be returned to their body shop due to the front end sitting unevenly. We were not provided with a clear explanation as to what caused this, which was concerning given the vehicle’s low mileage and condition at sale.

Within two months of ownership, we began experiencing noticeable steering vibration and side-to-side movement under braking. The issue was later diagnosed during a service at another Hyundai dealership, where warped brake discs were identified and replaced at just 10,000 miles. During inspection, the second dealership raised concerns about the condition of components on the same side of the vehicle, which added to our worries about its prior condition.

Given that the car had only covered around 7,000 miles in our ownership, we were surprised to encounter such issues so early on a near-new vehicle.

When we raised our concerns, we were advised that brake pitting can occur due to environmental exposure such as moisture and road salt. No contribution towards the repair costs was offered.

We are disappointed by the lack of clarity surrounding the earlier body shop work and the aftersales support provided. Based on our experience, we would strongly encourage prospective buyers to ask detailed questions and think carefully before purchasing from this dealership.

My experience at evans halshaw - Kia stourbridge was brilliant! Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a member of staff at the front desk and appointed me to the right sales rep. William was great, customer service was 10/10. Will made me feel comfortable and never pressured me into making any sort of decision without my 100% all in to it. Will explained and talked through everything step by step in buying the car and was always asked if there was anything I was unsure of he would happily explain again. Always polite and overall, the staff working there in general were kind and welcoming. Most likely one of my best experiences in buying a new car. Appalling service. Had diagnostic check on 6th Nov 25, as of end of Feb still waiting for a fix, no communication, no apology, no explanation why the long wait. £75k EV9 with battery issues and Evans Halshaw could not care less about resolving the issue or explaining when the fix will be undertaken.

Linda was fantastic and made the buying process as simple as possible. There is loads of regulatory stuff and she walked us through it all and sorted a few other items with the car which was really appreciated. My son’s first car is a special thing and I wanted to know it was safe and had been checked over. Go to Linda!

Ryan Jeavons, (what a guy) this guy I dont know from Adam, but he made me feel like I knew him for years..we had the real talk, the banter and the jokes.. He made me feel welcome and he was 100% on it...I'd recommend him to anyone especially if they are finding it difficult to comprehend 🫡🫡🫡

We were dealt with professionally and courteously. The sales agent (Ryan Perrin) was helpful and took us on a test drive, assisted us in sorting all paperwork and even got us coffee (which wasn’t as bad as I expected).
It has been a nice easy experience and we purchased the vehicle.

Ryan was amazing, helping me understand more about how the car works, choosing a car and took care of explaining the paper work. Answered all the questions i had efficiently.

Linda was great and very helpful had a few issues regarding purchase of my car which were no fault of her own and she was able to fix these immediately and keep us confident with her services.
