Picked up my Kia today
Picked up my Kia today, our Sales Representative Harry was great 👍 but obviously his hands were tied as was just handed 2 sets of keys over with just a piece of string attached to both keys which both cases of keys were damaged and i thought would have been either replaced and given Kia fobs after spending £29,000. Better than Brindley Kia Wolverhampton when my son purchase he’s Kia Ceed. Well done Harry Whitehouse 🤗

Chris excellent customer service
Went in to buy a car today and Chris was great he explained everything to us and was very Knowledgeable, he sorted it all out for us and we didn't feel pressured at all happy to say we are very pleased with car and would definitely deal with Chris in the future thanks again Robert and Barbara Walker.

Car purchase
We came to buy a used car. Ryan was very helpful and ensured we knew he was there to show us any car we wanted to look at. He was very patient and gave us so much time to look at the cars we were interested in. Even though he was very busy, he ensured he kept us well informed of timescales. Ryan sorted out all of our queries and made sure the car was ready and in great condition.

We have recently purchased a used Kia Sportage
We have recently purchased a Kia Sportage and been extremely happy with customer service and extra care given from Linda Collins. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and listened to our priorities to find the car we were looking for. She took extra time and care to ensure the purchase went as smooth as possible. I am grateful for the support she provided with orientating me to the car and setting up my mobile phone. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
