Put a reserve on a 72 plate corsa..went to view it..only to see that the front grill had been damaged and had been told was immaculate..been 3 week now and know deposit back..twice they've said that the bank details are not correct and with a smiley emoji..the bank details are correct and still waiting

Excellent after sales service
I recently bought my favorite car from these people.
Honestly,I haven't seen such professional customer services and especially AFTER SALES service from anyone.
Kudos to the sales guy JOE (who made all the paper work , taxation, documentation and my commute so easy for me ).
Plus I want to mention the senior guy ANDY (he's got the solutions to every problem and the authority to manage according to client's need).

A professional experience from start to finish from William.
William organised a test drive, showed us around the car and gave us plenty on time to inspect it. He wasn't pushy, he was professional and polite.
He had the car cleaned and prepared for us when we arrived. He was very informative and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend this garage and especially William!

They tried to sell the vehicle to me without relieving the vehicle's Air Conditioning and Start stop faults.
The vehicle I will buy Air Conditioning and Start, Stop system was not working,they told me that they would resolve the faults,unfortunately, even though I asked sales man if the failures resolved that he said resolved all the failures,I went 3 times on different days the failures were not resolved, I couldn't go to work because they were not honest.
I went to last day for test drive with the vehicle,they said they had repaired the vehicle's start, stop system,unfortunately start stop system did not work every each at the traffic lights,sometimes worked,sometimes did not work.The cars behind me started horn.
They tried to sell the vehicle to me without relieving the vehicle's Air Conditioning and Start stop faults.
I hope they won't sell anybody this vehicle without relieving vehicle's faults.
