The 123 quality assured checks do not get done, been told this by multiple people but chose to buy a car from them anyway turns out they were right and I was left without a car a couple of weeks after buying it. Aftercare is terrible, the management isn't trustworthy and are as unreliable as their cars.

Waiting area was clean and tidy with refreshments on hand.

Very friendly team. Confident and knowledgeable. Great communication.

Specifically rating Evans Halshaw, Peugeot Doncaster.

Where to begin.... the top and bottom of it is don't use this company. Avoid at all costs! These are a few things which made our experience a bad one.

- lack of communication
- put the car through on the wrong finance, didn't tell us.
- made up the mileage for a pcp without consulting us.
- signed all the finance documents on our behalf.
- said they would sort the finance one way or another so we were happy. Lied to us as the business manager wasn't in a position to offer what she did.
- the clutch went on the car.

After a month of trying to sort things out we ended up handing the car back to the dealership and cancelling all the finance.

- they told a guy who had been there 1 week to sort things out for us.
- told us they would ring me before picking the car up so I wasn't waiting in all day, they never did.
- took them 6 days to tell the DVLA I was no longer the registered keeper of the car.
- took them 6 days to process my deposit coming back to me but failed to tell me how much I was getting.
- took them 6 days to tell the finance company to cancel the finance.
- nearly 3 weeks since they picked the car up and there's no sign of my £500 deposit.

Awful awful company and would advise anyone thinking of buying a car from here to think twice. Its caused us nothing but stress and upset. Absolute disgrace of a company. Staff don't care as long as they've got your money in their pocket.

Peugeot Doncaster is the only main dealer where our company gets a premium service from the service team. Polite, friendly, good communication, everything a service team should be...Even offer us a courtesy car bless them

Very helpful and friendly - understood issues and dealt with them professionally. Provided advice when had queries around courtesy car. Fast and efficient, got my car back quicker than expected!

They are very accommodating here always polite too. My repairs are normally done within a few hours. Workmanship to standard can't complain. 😊😁

Very nice people to deal with but be sure to get all the facts explained before you make your choice, not everything was explained to me in detail and I got a shock when I learned the truth from experience about the true ranges afterwards!

The vehicle is excellent as the car performs very well, really pleased with the overall performance.
