Took one month to repair our vehicle. Always needing extra items. Like they didn't know what they were doing. The customer service teams attitude was disgusting. They were not interested and did not help once over the phone. One time when we called for an update we got told 'you have been told all this before'.

Would never use them again!!

Took my Stepway in for 1st service (12 months), 6,500 miles. Despite all conventional wisdom stating that oil and filter should be changed at least annually, particularly on an engine with a turbo and especially at 1st service, they didn't do so. I was told not until 10,000 miles. Part of this service included a wash which was half done. You could see lines where they hadn't touched it. Of more concern however was a potential warranty problem I raised, a non mechanical issue, which they failed to investigate thoroughly and when politely I expressed my concern accused me of being intimidating. The car has been fine in the 13 months I've owned it but I doubt I'd buy another Dacia if this branch is typical of the dealer network. Thankfully I have a good local independent garage for future servicing. Incidentally, they agree that engine oil and filter should be changed at least every 12 months, irrespective of mileage. The 2 stars are because the car has been very good despite Evans Halshaw.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Walked in Wednesday decided on the car we wanted, Josh had the finance sorted, the favourable part exchange done, all documents signed and sealed and handover of our Dacia Duster less than 24 hours later. He pulled out all the stops to have it valeted and ready to go 24 hours later. Couldn’t ask for more 😊 very happy customer.

Courtney the Service Receptionist and Jo the Service Manager were really great, so friendly and professional when I left the car and picked up Courtesy Zoe. Courtney explained the controls and made sure I was confident to drive off.
When I collected the car it had been valeted and ready in the car park.
Courtney explained the service costs and Jo made sure I was happy with everything the Service department had done for me.
I have had my car's serviced there before and will continue to take my car's in the future.

Bought a car in December last for my wife, we sat with sale's person and did the necessary paper work at the end we were advised to because we were only keeping the car for 2 years we could have trouble free motoring with a 2 year premier warranty which cost about £700. Had a knocking noise on left front wheel booked the car in only to be told it was a drop link and not covered in warranty as it was wear and tear, as the car was a 2016 model when we purchased it only 7 months ago most parts will already be subject to wear and tear I feel we have been well and truly been mis-sold badly advised when sold this warranty, I have bought many cars from this company in the passed but will never again
