Reliable Service
My vehicle, Vauxhall Agila, has been maintained to an excellent standard since purchased from the local dealer. The 'lifetime' warranty being a great bonus with straightforward and good value service conditions. Over 40k trouble free miles so far!

Shambolic and erroneous adverts
Shambolic & Deceitful - Sold me car (Grey Outlander phev DX68UMB) without Service History - despite the advert claiming it was FSH. Either had not checked or hoped i would not notice. Returned for full refund but a week of hassle and hours on the phone. (Warning - they have re-advertised the car with no mention of the missing service history. In fact, service history is not mentioned!) They had also previously failed to honour the delivery charge on their adverts and claimed on the delivery check sheet that I had agreed to give them a 5 star review! Blamed "Head Office"
I complained about the delivery charge which was never followed up by "Head Office".
Tick boxing errors or deliberate - you decide!
