BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I CALLED AT 210PM FOR A VIDEO OF THE CAR GOLF R AND THEY SAID YES WE WILL DO IT AFTER 4 CALLS THE MANAGER JASON SAID HE HAS A CUSTOMER ON IT THAT CAME IN TO SHOW ROOM AT 5 PM I TOLD HIM I LIVE 5 HRS AWAY I WAS WILLING TO TRAVEL BUT WANTED THE VIDEO BEFORE I PUT A DEPO ON IT OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY ALL I CAN SAY IS LIARS

I can heartedly recommend Simon at Evans Halshaw Nottingham. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the daunting prospect of buying my first EV an easy and enjoyable experience. Top marks.

Everything was smooth and relaxed. From the Initial phone call to make my booking to have the car serviced. A very relaxed environment whilst waiting for the actual service. Staff were courteous polite and all had smiles on their faces

Took my Grandland in for a service, very professional, spoke to the service manager Matt, really nice pleasant guy, answered all my questions, clearly knows his stuff, like a well oiled machine, very friendly staff, excellent 👍👍

Car was in for a service & MOT. I was given a pick up time which was extended because of additional work and replacement parts that were needed. Car was ready for pick up an hour after the original time which I was very happy with. It is running beautifully and after its valet is looking cleaner than it has for months.
Evans Halshaw are good at keeping me informed and in keeping to time. I like the fact that cars are booked in to specific slots.

I went to Evan’s halshaws because I had a recall on my Vauxhall corsa they took my details to have a part replaced canister purge valve they carried out a Vauxhall health check but never mentioned whether they replaced the cpv.

Absolutely a shambles of. Company my vechile went in to them for repair four times every time I picked it up it broke down two days later ,the fourth time it took 7 weeks to be repaired yes 7 w lol weeks when I picked up no apologies the vechile was filthy having been in there compound for 7 weeks
A disgrace has to be worst car dealer in Nottingham

Had car service and MOT as part of service plan. Was surprised at the very thorough car health check and video which I didn’t realise was part of the plan. Staff that I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful - in particular Matthew Lees the service manager who went above and beyond to rectify an issue and the staff who helped me find my car and guide me out of a tight space in the very busy car park. Since the recent changes, the business has certainly gone downhill, but the prices have certainly gone uphill! We were quoted a price for a straightforward job which was totally out of the ballpark, not satisfied we got a quote from another garage which was 85% less, and obviously went with them, and were extremely satisfied. We will not be using EH in the future.

Invested 17k into a jag from evans halshaw with a 3 year top service plan taken out with these people and was worried for a while it wasn't worth the outlay but Matt the service manager took the bull by the horns and sorted everything out. It's a great set up there and find easy to recommend. Thanks again Matt to yourself and your whole team

Had my car booked in under service plan this week. Left my car in all day, advised to email me or contact husband as preferred contact. Had an update via email at 3.30ish, informing 3 issues picked up on health check but wasn't able to authorised the work to be done for some reason. Husband called and asked for a quote for the tyres in particular, told would be called back in 10mins - no call. He called back to chase up, unable to get through for 20mins. I picked up the car at 5.15 to be told parts section now closed and the person who had spoken to my husband had finished without sorting any quotes for us. Totally left hanging. Was told i would be called straight away the next morning - no contact made to me/husband or via email. Not good enough. Have now arranged for the work to be completed elsewhere

Booking MOT and service on line was quick and simple and the booking, along with a time was sent by return.
When the job was completed I was contacted with all the findings and then received a film of the checks carried out plus a written description.

My Corsa had a 3 year service and first MOT. Car was collected by Anthony from my home. Superb customer service, a real credit to your company. Arrived on time and then he delivered it back to my home. Service went well and the car passed its MOT with no issues. Whole experience was brilliant, thank you.

Matt the service manager was brilliant really informative and helpful. Sarah on the service team was also really pleasant to deal with and most helpful. The work carried out by the team I believe Jas and crew was brilliant and got my car sorted very well! It feels great to have a working car again and the price was very reasonable. They were all brilliant start to finish and I’ll be returning again soon but hopefully not too soon lol!
