Perfectly managed recall. A Software issue that we were not even aware of had developed, we were informed and tge issue was sorted promptly. Staff are efficient, freindly and proffesional.

My car had a major fault. Taylor was excellent in sorting out everything that was needed to get it repaired. He was professional, friendly & kept me upto date with the progress. Great service received and customer service.

My annual service was due
My annual service was due, the team helped arrange the appointment, were very helpful and supportive allowing me to drop off the car before work and looked after it till I could come back to collect after. The service was done quickly and efficiently and I was fully informed about the results. Many thanks to the whole team for making the experience easy and comfortable.

I sold my car today with Faizan at Evans halshaw Nottingham. Blew me away with the valuation, a grand more than WBAC . It was easy, seemless, and Faizan was lovely to deal with. I would definitely recommend you try it if wanting to sell. I believe it was a better price than I could have got on a part exchange.

I arrived a little earlier than expected, there was a member of staff in the car park ready to take my vehicle and direct me to the support desk inside the main building. A really polite and helpful group of staff were in place and really could not do enough to ensure my visit was as nice of an experience as possible. From receiving my initial text message service reminder to the car being returned home to me at the end of the day the service was exceptional! The staff I had contact with were all very helpful and polite and explained everything to me,the video of the car health check was very clear and informative.
