Returned back for some additional repair work for my Mokka, found the service team very helpful, work booked in around my availability, courtesy car made available for the time I required, happy to return for any further work/services.

Travelled from Durham to Falkirk to buy a Peugeot 208 was great until we had paid basically. Had a tyre pressure fault which was reset but became a fault on drive home. Rang garage don’t want to know. Couldn’t get booked in latest EH for 2 weeks so advised to call dealer back to make arrangements. Rang twice asked to speak to sales manager never calle back. Stone chips needed touch up pen for car which we have called up maybe 6 times now over 2 weeks. No one cares or wants to know just get told will call you back and no one ever does. Thanks for nothing will buy my own.

Car was in for service and MOT. was kept upto date with reminders to let me know when and what to bring. Courtesy car was ready when I arrived. No issues at all with courtesy car clean and reliable. Car was serviced and motedin a timely fashion with details and video provided. Contacted me to let me know car was ready. (Found lots of other garages you end up chasing them to find out status) Car had been cleaned and valeted upon pick up. No issues at all and price fairly reasonable.

Great customer service. Can't praise the staff enough at the dealer branch. Had to reschedule my car service and mot test a couple of times then ask if these could be done at short notice. Staff were very helpful and managed to fit my car in within 24 hours. That enabled me to have my car ready for a trip away the day after. The technician provided a full video report and all documentation was comprehensive. Full marks. I've used this branch of Evans Halshaw for around the last 15 years and have always found them to be top notch.

To start with, I am very happy with the phone call and the price I was quoted, and the person I dealt with on the day I arrived for my service was very friendly and seen me out to my car after they were finished.
