I bought my car from this store a few years ago and have continued to bring it back with any queries, services etc. This is because I feel very comfortable speaking with staff and have confidence that my car is getting the best service.

Went to Falkirk garage was allowed to look around the cars, sales team not pushy ended up buying Kia Ceed on finance with tyre and alloy protection which I have never been offered before.

I was speaking Daniel about a used car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very pleasant to speak to.

Had a great experience in the branch staff members all so lovely and helpful when in ordering my new motabilty car ! Offered me a coffee and even got my dog some water! Great touch! Thanks again looking forward to the car arriving now. Pete x

My experience at the Falkirk dealership was very good thanks to a lovely lady called KIRSTY. She was very professional and friendly, explained what would happen and how long it would take.
On completion of the work, she explained the health check, made sure I was happy with it. We then had a friendly chat as she walked me to my car. Kirsty is definitely an asset to the company.

The staff were very polite and informative. We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A pleasurable experience.

Excellent service very accommodating on service and recall appointments ,receptionist very helpful and sales too.

Was phoned prior to booking as well as text to notify me of my time and date for my appointment

Was offered a courtesy car but did not need one

Car was worked on to a high standard as I checked afterwards.

kept us informed at all times and assisted in making us aware of what was happening with the vehicle we had in for diagnosis.

Quite frankly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Made it extremely difficult to purchase a car. Had to repeatedly chase them to pay for it, then they said because we hadn’t done it in time the delivery date was missed?

We had been chasing for 4 days to do so.

It then arrived with an engine management light on. We chased and chased, promised numerous call backs which never materialised. I got it diagnosed myself and told them what was wrong but it took them 3 weeks to get it booked in.

Night before booking car lost power steering, Speedo wouldn’t work and couldn’t even switch it off. Then battery failed and couldn’t even get it into reverse. (It’s automatic!!)
Got it recovered to garage and they fixed that problem but not the original problem.

Nearly 3 months later it’s still not fixed and they repeatedly promise to do things and call you back but don’t.

Didn’t send off v5 and car arrived dirty too then basically told me to sort it all out myself by ringing local dealers to get it booked in.

They still haven’t even diagnosed the fault but refusing to extend warranty even though I’m 10 days shy of having the car 3 months and it’s never had a single day of being fit for purpose.

Beware….. they try to patronise you and lie thinking you are stupid.

Have asked repeatedly to return the car but they make excuses about needing to get it fixed first but then make you wait weeks for a diagnostic appointment let alone a fix

8 long days with nothing but one phone call to tell me my car hadn't passed its Mot.
I called multiple times only to be told the parts haven't arrived. On day 8 all I got was 1 text saying car was now ready.
Not even a apology for the delay when the car was collected.

Purchased my car had a minor issue with it. Called to let them know, took my car back. They looked at it thought the issue had been resolved wasn't. Took it back and the replaced the faulty part. From start to finish they couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was a chore to them the sales assistant was a eager to fix the car as he was to sell it. Good customer service.

Went to the dealership on a recommendation from a previous worker from there that I knew. Excellent warm service from when we arrived, Steve was really great & explained everything & Daniel did the sale, he was very friendly talked us through the sale & was professional. My son loves his new corsa! Looked after us & Kyle the sales manager made time to see we were ok & was lovely to chat with. Overall all the staff were great! Would definitely go back! Thanks!

Our Vauxhall Crossland’s (purchased new from Evans Halshaw) first service. Excellent service (10/10) and standards from all the team at Falkirk. Going the extra mile returning my vehicle washed and valeted.

Excellent communications and a very efficient and professional service.

Returned back for some additional repair work for my Mokka, found the service team very helpful, work booked in around my availability, courtesy car made available for the time I required, happy to return for any further work/services.
