Mathew did a great job. Process was easy, a couple of issues needed resolving by agreement on the car and he ensured they were done. Very pleasant chap and the car itself is superb. Overall a professional, easy experience

Buy with confidence from Evan’s Halshaw Horsforth
Matthew Hopkins dealt with us from the start. From first visit Matthew was welcoming, helpful and honest without pushing for a sale.
Our next visit with our Daughter for her first car, Matthew was again extremely helpful and professional and walked us through all devices offered giving us the best deal for our needs and budget.
Evan’s Halshaw Horsforth is a brilliant site, spacious, lots of variety of vehicles and the service and sales offered was overall a fantastic experience.

Dont buy a warranty from Evans Halshaw
When I purchased a brand new car. I was sold an extended warranty with Pendragon. I specifically asked if the clutch would be covered and was told yes. The salesman even highlighted the section in the paperwork. Started having problems with clutch after 15000 miles. The clutch pedal stays down so you can't change gear. You have to lift it up with your foot. Common fault in Vauxhall vehicles. Made a claim under warranty and they declined the claim. Pendragon won't even speak to you on the phone you have to email. DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY WITH THIS COMPANY. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I know have £2000 bill.

Poor communication
Not been informed about the progress, not addressing all the issues without me telling them and finding out later on they hadn't reset the Tyre pressure monitoring system. For a new customer not impressed.
