Friendly staff on arrival delta quickly with my car.
Offered me a drink on arrival..
MOT carried out no problems car returned clean and tidy

Bought a car from them and waited over a week to be told they are not selling it anymore, strange
Then I agreed to purchase a different one from them, arranged to pick it up Sunday, got excited, when we went to pick it up it was a mess and not ready at all, so they guaranteed it would be ready Monday, on Monday we got a call saying its not ready and it will be ready Tuesday, so again we waited, they said this time it would be delivered. On Tuesday evening I got a call asking for the payment in full and then they will show up with the car.
I wasn't paying until I saw the car, they brought the car to my home address and absolutely nothing had been done on the car,it was the same as Sunday, even though they had it for two more days, now I understand why they tried getting payment before it was delivered.
I cancelled the order and made a complaint to the Head office,this was a week ago and no one as even bothered getting intouch.

After previously dealing with this company and not being satisfied, after complaining, things have vastly improved, my calls were not cut off and answered in a timely manner. My electric car went in for a drive shaft replacement, the knocking noise had previously been mentioned to other garages but nothing was done until I took it to Evans Halshaw. I made sure to take it at a time that a curtesy car was available as I don't live in Wakefield. The staff are very friendly and if they don't know the answer to any questions I had are happy to find the answer from their manager. Apparently I was the only one to ask what number I should ring in the event of my curtesy car braking down. The only thing I would have liked more was it could have been charged up before collecting

From the initial call to the garage enquiring about my new car till the day I collected the service and customer care was 10/10. Alyssia was fantastic, patient, listened to my questions and answered everything I needed. I would recommend going to this garage. Alyssia even came in on her day off to ensure she met me when I collected my car. Thankyou

The sales man Tommy Whitby was very helpful , nothing was too much trouble . He was fully prepared to sort out any problems that cropped up with our new car purchase. We were not pressured in any way , very happy with the whole experience.

My Mobility car was picked up from my house for a MOT and service it was then delivered back all washed and valeted. What more could you ask for. Thank you for your fantastic customer service.😁😁😁

Very disappointed in the service.
At no point was I made aware of the dual pedals in the vehicle I purchased. When I first drove the car, the right accelerator pedal unexpectedly moved upwards, which was quite alarming and potentially hazardous.
I spoke to management about this and their response has been terrible with merely an apology that this is due to human error by the technician when inspecting the vehicle, and £75 as compensation, as if that in anyway is adequate with all the hassle we have been through to get this sorted and being left without a car in the interim.

Car serviced in around an hour, pleasant settings, friendly receptionist and as much as you want free coffee, even the coffee machine is cool as you hover over the buttons without touching them. I’m thinking of going there on my days off just to sit in the pleasant surroundings and drink the coffee :)

Took my 72 plate car for a service. I had been quoted £245 over the phone which was a cheaper price than a nearer Vauxhall dealer. On completion I was asked for £290.06, I queried the price and with a few taps on the keyboard it was then £245! Why was the price inflated by £45!! Also no complimentary wash which was a bit disappointing.

Over all not a great experience. My car was having 4 new tyre pressure valves fitted which weren’t cheap. When booking appointment initially I was quoted a price but told because member of staff was relatively new she couldn’t do any better however on the day she was ‘sure’ I would get a reduction.

Arrived on the day and within 3 hours all was done, happy with the time. Explained the situation she went away. 10 minutes later she said she had managed to ‘negotiate’ something for me, and she had really stuck her neck out for me. £14 off. For reference this is less than 3% of what I paid.

To add insult to injury I was then told my car didn’t have its ‘complimentary’ wash and vac as they were ‘behind’ with the washing. You would expect that going to a main dealer you would get VIP treatment. I was left disappointed on this occasion. Unlikely to return

First dealt with Chris 10 years ago and decided it was time for a new car! Chris was fantastic from start to finish on hand to help and asked all the right questions. His customer service was brilliant and made me feel at ease! Thanks Chris for helping me find the perfect new car! New car sorted Saturday 26th picked new car up Tuesday 29th.

Chris was fantastic from start to finish, really helpful answering all my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed in my new vehicle. Really pleased with the car and would definitely return.
