Absent service department
I spent more than an hour over 3 days trying to contact the service department with no answer. I emailed and tried to leave a message with a different department. No response. This company may sell you a car, but appear to be unable to offer subsequent service.

My sales advisor Melvin was second to none, bit of a delay with getting my car due to work being done but in the end, a good performance and a very happy customer with my new car.
