Popped in as we had a puncture, the guys sorted the issue quickly, explained everything along the way and were very friendly.

Have used this location on numerous occasions in the past for MOT’s, tyres, brakes and general service items.

Always happy with the work they do.

5 stars for prompt work, Husband had already used this garage. Tried to book online, they called me as the quote given wasn't correct, agreed a price, 2 hours later car sorted. Superb service. Highly recommended

Great customer service, the man at the reception and on the phone was helpful and friendly. Transparent with the information. My car was a costly fix but even that was a smooth transaction being offered to pay in instalments. Will definitely use this garage in future and recommend.

Booked the MOT online which was super easy to do. Dropped the car off to a friendly mechanic, who reassured me it would be ready within 40-60mins which it was true. I was advised on the work that needed to be done, given a discount on the services, the offer of a payment plan, and time to think about it before commiting. Once we decided that the work was being offered at a really good quote, we lef the car for a further few hours and it was ready to collect only 3 hours later. Super pleased with the service, cost, time, and garage all round! Well done F1 Bedford! 👏

Hi, I had an appointment yesterday for 8:30 in the morning, to change to tyres,my wife got there for 8:25. I left the car and been told that the car will be ready in half an hour. I got back for 9:16 and the Mecanic, who is also the manager, told me that they didn’t find locker wheels. I ask him why he didn’t call her or why they didn’t tell me when i drop the car that they need the locker wheels. I asked the manager who is going to pay for her late hour that i missed from work. The manager said that’s not the way is working and walk away. I to wait for another half an hour so was 10 o’clock when they finish changing the wheels. Plus they didn’t put back the plastic protector for the lockers nut. I tried to ring complaint department but was no answer. I left a voicemail with my phone number to be called back. very bad experience with the garage and I will never never use it again. Or recommend

Having booked a service and MoT, having been sent a reminder to turn up for my service and MoT you’ll understand my disappointment to discover, when I turned up, that they don’t do MoTs at Bedford.
I complained to Customer Services but after two weeks they didn’t bother to reply.
I have to assume that as a customer they don’t care about you or the inconvenience they cause you.

I have booked with a week advance front tyres replacement and aircon clean for Saturday morning.
On arrival within couple of minutes I was welcomed by big friendly chap who checked my booking. He has informed me that due to staff training it could take up to 1.5h to do the job and if I am ok with it. It was not a problem and I could overlook from nearby caffe when my car is ready. It took less time than expected and job was well done. Tyres nicely balanced and fresh blow from the aircon in the car. Very pleasant morning and experience. Well done F1 Bedford.

Turned up twice in a week on agreed times to fix car , no booking had been created, they couldn't fixed my car as agreed, made to feel like I was in the wrong for the quote they had given me by another member of staff that was obviously lower then they thought.

When it came to the crunch I was told it was a 6 hour Job and they couldn't possibly fit me in.

I politely asked for my key to be returned and I would take it to someone else. This was met with the mechanic standing in the garage shouting abuse and swearing at me from his garage. One customer actually asked me if I was okay?

I drove 45 mins down the road to TC Coomber in Ampthill, who fitted me in the next day and the Job took them 2 hours. Not hard hard when you actually write jobs down and book them in properly and treat customers with respect.

Took my Zafira in to have a solid valve replaced as the original one was damaged. Used to use the Bedford branch all the time and for many years back in the day, but haven't been in there for a few years now. Was most pleasantly suprised by how much it has changed! Pretty much an entirely new team and it was very calm and organised depsite being busy.
The old valve provided a nightmare to remove owing to the fact it had corroded solid and there was risk of the tyre pressure sensor becoming damaged during removal. Vinnie let me get stuck in and help which was fantastic as I know my way round a bag of spanners very well and was able to offer suggestions and lend an extra pair of hands! We got the valve off in the end which did damage the sensor but that was unavoidable. To his absolute credit, he then affected a repair that is still holding well and should give me more than enough time to source a replacement! Great to see initative and inprovisation that got me back on the road as quickly as possible.
Will definitely be going back!

Used this garage for all our servicing and car repair needs but today my car malfunctioned on the motorway- the Mercedes RAC man informed me that the coolant tap had not been secured properly- we had our car serviced 2 weeks prior to this and the mechanic had not fully screwed the cap back on. This meant coolant splashed out all over the engine and in 30degree heat the engine over heated.

I called the garage and spoke to the manager who was extremely defensive- I was only calling them to make sure the mechanic who did our service didn’t make that mistake again as I was really lucky and able to come off the motorway- he tried to say that it wasn’t down to them- who else would it be??? He said if it was them then we would have known as soon as we drove off- incorrect according to the RAC as the cap was lose and not off- we don’t mess around with our coolant 2 weeks after a service- An apology would have been enough and I would have accepted that but no apology after such a stressful experience of waiting 2 hours for the RAC

They also didn’t reset our onboard computer so our car keeps reminding us that we are due a service that we are not due. Will be making a formal complaint as this could have ended in a crash and I don’t want anyone to have the experience I had today.

Really shocking

Outstanding service I dropped my car in the afternoon before its MOT and they completed the MOT and required work within 2 hours.

Been to the Bedford branch twice now in last few months as I’ve had a lot of car trouble. Both times the guys have been great, explained to us really well everything that was going on and charged very reasonable prices. Particular thanks to Glen who was really nice & super professional. Loads of family members and friends have had similar experiences, I actually travel from about 30 miles away to come to this branch as this kind of service that you can trust is hard to come by. Definitely recommend 100%, thanks guys

Honest! I knew there was nothing wrong with my car and the team did not disappoint when giving feedback. Issues identified didn’t affect the MOT outcome but future advise.

Just had my Mercedes SLK serviced by the Bedford team. I have been visiting them for a number of years, for this and another car. The team are always helpful and go above and beyond. Nothing seems to be a trouble for them and I will continue to support Formula One Autocentres. Well done team.

First class service from start to finish. The guys at the Bedford branch were both friendly and informative, even showing me what was wrong before carrying out the repairs quickly. Highly recommended. I will defiantly be using them again in the future. Thanks guys.....
