Excellent customer service, very friendly used them for mots for several years now and never had a bad experience

Dominic was absolutely brilliant today
He was very much under pressure but explained everything and kept us updated on timings it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with him

Booked in for a Air Con Regas and clean. Arrived on time and I was greeted with a good morning and a smile. My vehicle was taken in straight away and I sat in a comfortable waiting area. Once completed, I was asked to come to the reception desk and received my receipt. My car was brought out to me ready to drive away. So professional and friendly, really lovely customer service.

F1 Dunstable , went in for wheel alignment , couldn’t do fronts as they said they were seized and wanted £369 to replace , went to another garage £70 to un seize them and aligned and said backs have not been touched even though I paid to have them aligned …

Excellent customer service. Came in for an MoT, was advised to replace a tyre and rear brakes. Sam and the team ordered them swiftly (1hr delivery). I chose to come back the following day and was given a time slot to have the work done. Thanks for going above and beyond when I had a battery with low charge helping me get on with my day.

Formula 1 Dunstable. You would think a simple task of fixing a puncture could not go wrong! The guys saw me within an hour of contacting them to repair a puncture. Ok - they repaired the puncture - a simple screw in the tyre - but afterwards is where it goes wrong. When I checked the work I found the wheel trim would have fallen off if I had driven the car away AND one wheel nut was not even finger tight. The guy fitted the wheel trim with two ties but did not reclip the metal wheel trim retainer back in place - and he left the loose wheelnut loose. Absolute cowboys. I waited for over half an hour after the 'repair' whilst another car blocking me in was moved. The mechanics were more ingrossed in joy riding some of the cars, reversing at high speed and enjoying themselves. Later whilst driving on the motorway I discovered the wheel was no longer balanced. Invoice Document 066I243920 from 032 - Aylesbury. Avoid avoid avoid.

POSTSCRIPT
Customer Care made contact and I had the wheel balanced at the Formula 1 Stevenage Bolton Road depot. Prompt service and job well done. They confirmed the wheel was out of balance - removed two weights - a 65 and a 10 and rebalanced. Refitted the wheel, fitted the wheel trim and driving at 65mph no vibration. Well done guys. So - AVOID Dunstable - go to Stevenage Bolton Road instead as they are on the ball. Just a shame all get tarred with the same mucky brush. Would give Stevenage 5 stars - but this review is about the Dunstable branch so one star sticks with them.

Excellent service from Sam and the team at formula one auto centres. Couldn’t be more helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Really not happy with the customer service, booked the car for the service and after waiting for two and half hours now I am been told that they have been overbooked and either i have to wait for four more hours or choose different day 😅

Sam and Tay are both amazing. They fixed my car when no other garage could. Both very friendly and trustworthy

Excellent! I took my car in at the F1 in Dunstable as I'm going on a long trip and wanted my tyres looking at. Unfortunately, I didn't take the names of the lads but they had excellent customer care skills, polite and helpful. They fully examined the tyres and said there was no issues with them and I was good to go. When I asked how much they said 'nothing'! Bless them, they were so courteous and wished me a good trip ;). I would highly recommend F1 in Dunstable they made my day! Thank you Boys!!

Speedy service, had a flat tyre and the job was done immediately and to a great standard

I was stuck with my disable child as Sam was pulling the shutters down as my battery decided to die on me and lovely sam got the car going within a couple of minutes and didn't charge me out of the kindNess of his heart. Will deffo go back there in the future for my mot and service of my jeep kk
