Outstanding service

Fitted me in at short notice for a tyre valve change first appointment at 10.00am Sunday 19th Feb. They were already open so took the car in early and it was done by 10.00am! Friendly, helpful and professional service plus good advice NOT to use metal dust caps! Thanks to Longwell Green F1 Autocentre.

Mirek and Martin both legends! My MOT was overdue, they put themselves out there and told me to bring the van in early morning. They got the job done efficiently and we’re friendly, too blokes. Will definetly be returning for all my vehicle services, MOT’s and issues. Thank you

Had a problem with the driverside electric window on my Skoda Superb when I opened it and the mechanism failed leaving me with an open window which I couldn't shut, took it to Halfords who where no help at all so went over to Formula 1 who were the exact opposite.
This was a Sunday so they weren't able to do anything that day which was fair enough but they stored the car overnight, ordered the part on Monday morning and it was ready for collection Tuesday at midday, 'Superb'(pardon the pun) service, very friendly and helpful staff and all fixed at what I thought was a very reasonable price.
I will now be taking my car to Formula 1 and not Halfords in future, and will recommend them without hesitation

Car needed a major repair. Shopped around with a number of garages. F1 Autocentre was able to provide the most competitive quote. Martin was really helpful over the phone and could book me in quickly. (Some other places told me it would be a couple of weeks.)

Dropped car off with Merrick and his team. Completed the job quickly and to a high standard, even repairing a loose heatshield they found along the way.

Customer service was great. Friendly and polite, with the reassurance that I could pop back if anything was wrong. Although this is a franchise/chain I found the whole experience to be extremely positive and gave me the 'honest mechanic' feel you normally get at your local garage.

I will definitely use Longwell Green branch again in the future. Thanks again to Martin, Merrick and the team.

Friendly staff, nice warm waiting room where you can watch tv or watch you car being fixed, had a tyre change and it was done very quickly. I will return in the future if needed

Found out my car had no MOT and a worn tyre, called on Friday at 5.15pm they managed to get me in first thing Saturday for the MOT and tyre they had the car in for all of an hour and they were complete. Fantastic team and an unbeatable price. Want to say a massive thank you to Mirek for all he has done.

Formula One Longwell Green provided a superb service dealing with a puncture on my wife's car. I could not provide the necessary locking nut key to remove the wheel. The autocentre came up with an innovative solution and the job was completed without further ado.

Always had a good experience using this garage. Sorted out my brothers MOT quickly and fitted in a tyre change.

Having been let down by KwikFit twice in the last week for my looming MOT these guys fitted me in last minute! I was panicking and they are lifesavers.Good value for money too.

The chaps were absolutely fantastic, got my vehicle in for a tyre change super quick even though I accidentally ordered the wrong size tyres first time round. So friendly, reasonable prices will 100% use again

Great help with emergency. Needed to sort puncture ast minute. Was able to squeeze me in between jobs. Great price too.
