Bought a shirt on 20th November 2022 but didn’t like it so promptly returned it the next day. Got a receipt confirming my return was successful but didn’t receive anything from Farah.
I subsequently emailed Farah 8(eight) times before I got a response. The response was that their email systems are down and that they require proof of return. The same day I emailed a screenshot of the return with order number and everything that they require. No response for last 8 days to the initial and subsequent 3 follow up emails.
I am trying to find support online to receive the refund that I am due.
Avoid at all costs!!!!

Ordered my product on November 18 2022, still no sign of it being delivered, contacted Farah customer service and despite being reassured there would be a refund or product replacement, they have just ghosted my emails and calls. Do not deal with this company as they don't care about their customers.

I ordered some shirts 2 months ago from Farah.co.uk and I'm still waiting for them. I wrote to Farah 6 times and they said they would bring it 'to the highest level', then they just stopped responding to me. Unless this gets resolved, I won't have good things to say about them to people in my social and work circles. If it does get resolved, there is a lot of making up to do for the stress and hassle that has been caused in trying to get a response in the first place. It's a pity I've to reach out to social media and trust pilot to get somewhere. Overall, I'm very disappointed in the brand for the sake of a small absent customer care service.

Purchased an item online on the 25th November as a Christmas gift. I'm based in Ireland and need to return the item as it's too big. The returns policy says "If you have ordered from the 18th November to the 4th of December, you have until the 4th of January to return". However, when I tried to generate the return label online (on 28th December) it says "We are unable to process this request as the returns period has expired". This is because it takes them 21 days to process returns placed outside of the UK, so my item would miss the 4th of January cut off (even though they charge €6.95 to return the item in the first place). I can't get through to anyone in customer support to help me. By the looks of things, anybody who bought a Christmas gift internationally won't be able to return an item in time and therefore will lose all their money.

Disgraceful returns policy designed to rob money from genuine customers. Stay away if you can.

The worst customer service I've ever come across. Never get back to you, hardly ever answer the phone and when they do answer, they can't help so tell you that they'll get someone to call you back. It never happens. Avoid these people at all costs.

I ordered two shirts direct from Farah but they were too tight. I looked to see if I could return the shirts for larger sizes, but the Farah website says they cannot do return / replace and to place a new order for the new sizes and return the wrong items separately. I should have seen this as a warning sign!

I've not had a refund yet - weeks later, and I still don't know what the issue with my return is. Initially, it was blamed on the mail strikes, but now I don't have a clue if they've received it or not, if the refund is delayed or not...

The last time I had any contact with farah I was told I'd receive a call within 48 hours from their specialist department at head office... that was 10 days ago.

Suffice to say, if I see anything from Farah I like in future, I won't buy direct. The issue is now with my credit card company.

Cheap made in China product.
I bought an XL shirt and it did not even fit my family member who is normally a medium. They wouldn't offer a refund as the item was made to "their" standard. The shirt was £70.00

Nothing but cheap and poorly made products that are passed of as "luxury".

I would urge everyone to invest in clothing brands that actually provide luxury designer clothing.

Order arrived on time. The t-shirts were of good quality, although not cheap (good value for money overall). I ordered a few extra colours and returns were smooth as well.

Ordered clothes for a wedding only to have the delivery messed about. They have no idea where the delivery is, why it never came on time or when it will come, but the good news is they are happy to refund me my £3.95 that I paid for next day delivery.....how generous. This is why people buy off ASOS and NEXT. At least they DELIVER. First and last time using Farah.

Shirt ripped after half a day. Not even washed, just brand new. Bought it during sales so no return available.

Price is high, quality seems good although sleeves tear without you even noticing it.

My parents bought me 2 pairs of Farah trousers. They were twice the price of my usual brand. For this price I got; shallow pockets, items fall out all the time. One back pocket, usual brand two, very poor material, creases at the slightest touch. Woeful cut of design, they look like a tatty sack esp. around groin area. One button on the waistband, usual brand 2 clips/hooks plus a central button. At double the price of my normal brand you would expect something of a much higher higher standard. Farah trousers are not worth half the price of other brands that are far better quality yet, the less expensive brand actually, manage to offer excellent quality and value for money. Talk about living off past reputation. FARAH, STOP LETTING YOUR ACCOUNTANTS DESIGN YOUR RANGE.

Didn't order directly from farah, i ordered from an online retailer,

I bought two cotton 'hardy-harrington' jackets, one in beige, other in navy.
While the length was alright, my main complaint is that the range of arm motion is TERRIBLE,from how the sleeves are sewn/attached.
VERY RESTRICTED MOVEMENT IN SLEEVES, when moving arms.
And bunches up exposing my bellybutton when i "reach-up",

I'm gonna have to see about getting them altered at extra cost, e.g getting armpit/underarm "gussets" added, to allow for better range of motion, which this jacket itself lacks,

Was hoping for farah to be better brand,
But anything from almost anywhere seems to disappoint me,

Order items from Farah directly to Ireland. After waiting for almost 2 weeks the tracking number shows delivered to Ireland but the tracking link for local delivery is showing the item was already delivered in February. Almost 2 weeks after I made the order I still haven't got the item and I have contacted the Farah CS. It's the worst experience I have ever had. They just keep sending me the same tracking link even though I keep pointing out that the link is clearly incorrect(looks like they're just using a template reply). The only answer they give, is just continue to wait and they don't acknowledge that something is clearly wrong. In their last reply they again shared the same incorrect tracking link with the same template answer they have given 6 times before that, the only difference is that they now all the sudden are saying that the shipment is untracked. When I asked how it could be untracked after they shared the tracking link they stopped answering my e-mails.

I ordered a shirt and jumper in August. Was being delivered by fastway and all the tracking from fastway said it had been delivered which it never was. Have emailed fastway 3 times, no response. Have emailed farah several times and have got 2 responses from Graham both saying he was going to escalate to head office and then I'm ignored after that. Worst dealings with a company I've ever come across will never spend a penny with them again. 4 months trying to get somewhere with 2 companies and being ignored by both.. absolute joke

Very very poor customer service.
Clothing material and looks are alright but encountered many issues which the customer service either didn’t respond or were unwilling to help.
In the end I lost £60 down to a warehouse error which they would not investigate.

I bought two pairs of Farah plimsoles from asos, both pairs down from 80£ to 20£ and within a couple of week each shoe had a crack going straight across the soles in exactly the same place. They were all in the bin the next few days. Total waste of money

Hand on heart - probably THE worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to have had. Received my order after 3 weeks and both the bad and its contents had been damaged by a heat source. I was told to return the item and send a photograph of my return postage receipt for them to compensate me ...only to renege and tell me they won’t cover my €6.50 postage. I have received e-mails from Aimee, Gary, Isabella, Stephen, Ayisha, Graham, Adam, Andrew and Ruairidh - all with the same offer of a credit note for €6.50 and all refusing to provide me with a contact in the Perry Group so that I might raise a complaint - they do not seem to understand I want nothing to do with Farah ever again. Avoid like the plague.

I have bought 2 items at different times from Farah and I must say the quality of goods and prices are decent. Shipping and delivery is good too despite this pandemic with more and more companies experiencing difficulties with shipping.
