The old Ferroli boilers (the Modena) used to be great but that was 10/15 years ago.
There new boilers are absolute junk. They are probably up there with the worst boilers money can buy.
I have had to wait over 2 weeks on 2 separate occasions to get simple parts to repair these awful boilers. Any other boiler, the part would be next day delivery, or, it would be In stock, they give suppliers the run around promising delivery dates that come and go without the parts turning up, meanwhile the customer has no boiler for 2 weeks!
How can any company operate like this? Cheap, poorly made, unreliable, parts hard to get hold off.
If you buy a Ferroli boiler, you are asking for trouble. They are cheap for a reason.

He was absolutely brilliant to deal with, he was patient and very understanding. He talked me through the troubleshooting and setting up of the boiler.

Theyâre efficient for both heating and hot water, and the touchscreen display gives them a smart, modern look.

It's the first time I've used ferroli but I definitely will in the future as it's the first time I seen the boiler cleaned up in such a way with pride and actually taking things apart. I asked the engineer if he didn't mind me watching and found him very chatty and he talked me through the process of what he was doing.

Please Please look at the Google reviews! This company has left me completely out in the dark, or cold to be exact!!! They refuse to acknowledge that the heating element in the P7/12 Boiler is a faulty product! I have replaced this part over the years about 20 times....around 4 times every year and NOW they will not let a reseller (Wolsley) take stock of the item!!!
They demand I MUST buy it locally (I live overseas) at a way bigger cost! Complete and utter disgrace! If I knew better I WOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED FERROLI.......EVER!

Hi, I have a question about my Ferroli 28 kW boiler.
The flame symbol turns on and the boiler starts by itself several times a day and night, even when the tap is closed and the heating is off. Iâve set both hot water and heating to 50 °C, but the temperature keeps rising on its own.
The boiler is new (about 3 months old) and this only started 4â5 days ago. It didnât do this before. I called technical support and was told this is normal, but my trusted technician says it isnât.
Could you please confirm whether this behavior is actually normal under these conditions?

Overall my boiler is great but can you tell me why in the colder months my hot water is not that hot. If I run a bath I have to add 2 kettles of boiling water. Had it looked at 2 years ago and nothing was wrong. The water temp is at 55 which is the max. In the summer itâs hot but not winter

Stay away from this company as there engineers are a absolute disgrace. We had a boiler service booked for today by our landlord. The Ferroli engineer showed up at the back garden gate and called the landlord to tell us to open the gate. I open the gate and asked him to drive around to the front door what he declined. I asked him 3 times to drive around and come to the front door but he claimed he must go several times back to his van and therefore he needs to go through our garden. He completely ignored when I told him that from the front door he has straight access to the boiler without walking through other rooms, which he would have when coming through the back garden. At the end he drove away and I found out through my landlord, that he claimed to his office I would have been aggressive towards him what is absolutely not true. To give you a full picture about this company, the last Ferroli engineer who visited before him, had a discussion with my wife why not to wear blue shoes and at the end left a trail of dog poo on our hallway carpet. Worst company staff we had to deal with in decades.

It's just unbelievable how the Ferroli customer service team bends the reality in their response.
Firstly, he was not met with hostility but refused 3 times to enter through the front door based on the fact, that the route through the garden is neither the safest nor the direct to the boiler. Both, the safest and direct way would have been through the front door. But obviously does the Ferroli customer team knows the layout of our home better then us. That's just so pathetic!!!
That the engineer got accidentally locked in the garden for a very short time was based on the fact, that he should not even been there in first place. If he he would have followed our simple request to enter the house through the front door it would never happened. He still could have come to the kitchen door where wife was present instead of calling the landlord. It's absolutely not logical.
Dear Ferroli customer service team, please can you explain how an engineer refuses 3 times to come through the front door and claiming it's not the safest route to the boiler not even knowing where the boiler is?
I'm really looking forward to your answer.

Sakibur obtaining information from me about my faulty boiler and giving great assistance, then passed me onto Dean, who was very patient in guiding me through the steps to get my boiler working again. The boiler was defective from the first day and the customer service was a nightmare. In the end I removed the boiler entirely and replaced with a different brand! Complete waste of money and horrible experience. Stay well clear of Ferroli!
