Fantastic Service – Really Professional and Efficient
Liam and Gemma were absolutely brilliant in helping me arrange a bridging loan through United Trust Bank. They were both super professional, really efficient, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful than I expected.
They kept me updated the whole way through, explained everything clearly, and were always quick to respond whenever I had questions. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and I felt like I was in very safe hands.
Honestly can’t thank them enough – would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with a bridging loan!

Honestly, 5 stars are not enough for the amount of work and duty of care Liam and Gemma provided when I approached Finspace to help me secure a bridging facility. Liam expedited the whole process and secured a facility within 4 weeks. With Finspace, you get professionalism, duty of care towards their customers and great results. I would totally recommend them 100%.
