This is the second time I've used Firefish for a recruitment business. It's an excellent CRM. The team are friendly supportive and always open to feedback. They are constantly innovating and developing the CRM.

We have been with Firefish for 6 years now and I can not fault them, they are always on hand to help and can not do enough to help! Our account manager Scott in particular is fantastic, we asked him recently to help with an Easter Egg hunt competition on our website and it was done within minutes, we have had some great engagement from it.
Aiden support us with any website support and updates and he is always so helpful.

Firefish has a strong customer support team, by far the best compared to other providers we work with. Customer success is an important focus of theirs, along with continuous product development. The regular check-ins with our account manager are helpful to keep up to date with new functionality and reset our CRM requirements.

We have been with Firefish for nearly 5 years, the onboarding and migration was smooth, the product is great, our businesses are aligned and I feel they are approachable and knowledgeable. Our Customer Success Manager Scott is great, proactive, reactive and "gets" recruitment from an operational and commercial viewpoint which helps greatly in managing what we require of our Recruitment CRM.

I've been a Firefish customer now for nearly 8 years and in that time it's really come on, as a product. However, for me, it's the customer service from the support team which never fails to deliver. David, Katie and the team are always so helpful. I've just had a call with David this morning to help me with an issue I've been having.
