My experience with Firefish has been really good. The system is very easy to learn, and the way all the functions complement each other makes it straightforward to use day to day.

The team have been great – customer service is excellent, communication is clear, and any queries I’ve had have been dealt with quickly. They’re always on top of things, which has really impressed me.

I’d highly recommend Firefish to anyone in recruitment. It’s simple, effective, and makes the whole process very easy to manage.

Firefish is an amazing company offering a powerful and intuitive recruitment CRM. The team is exceptionally helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to support users. The wealth of guidance and online resources available makes navigating and optimising the platform easy and efficient.
I especially love that Firefish is evolving organically and introducing features like AI into the administrative side of the recruitment software is a real game changer. These additions/improvements support the process by streamlining back-office tasks, allowing us as recruiters, to focus more on people and placements. It's exciting to see a platform that's not just keeping up with the industry but actively shaping its future.
As a small business, the Firefish CRM platform offers excellent value for money, with seamless integration into in-house systems and external job boards allowing us to maximise job advert visibility and streamlining our recruitment needs.

Firefish have been partners of TEAM for over 10 years. They support a significant proportion of our members with their CRM products, backed up with great service too.
On top of that they are forever adding features that enhance the product, provide really valuable insights monthly into what's happening in the market, and Wendy CEO (or Chief Fish) is a great thought leader on AI in recruitment and gives the industry sound updates, tips and guidance on what's happening so fast in the recruitment sector.

We've been using Firefish for around 7 months now and its been a great experience so far. Their implementation team have been fantastic in getting everything up and running, dealing with a mountain of configuration requests along the way. Greg in particular has been a god send, supporting me, our whole resource team, marketing and payroll in the initial set up period and beyond. Highly recommended.

Excellent recruitment CRM system. We have been a Firefish customer since 2022. The system is continually being developed and improved. The support team are excellent, always available and great at communicating.

Wendy has an incredible team at Firefish, they are all extremely helpful and supportive. To any new business setting up they really do offer a great package that suits your budget and with regular check ins and ensuring all going smoothly. They are always on hand with live demos to help you with any issues

We’ve been using Firefish for many years and it’s been a really solid CRM for our team. It’s easy to use and helps keep everything organised. The support team are always really helpful and quick to respond whenever we need anything. Our account manager, Louise, has been fantastic, always there to help us with new features and processes. Would definitely recommend!

For me Firefish isn't just the best recruitment CRM but the best provider. From the first interaction of booking a demo the process was seamless. From an in-depth discovery call to make sure Firefish was a good fit for my business to a detailed demo of the product that was tailored to my needs (not generic like other demos I've experienced).

Alan was there at every step answering all my questions and explaining how different features would help me improve our processes.

After signing up, the onboarding and customer teams have been superb in helping me set the system up to work best for me.

The CRM itself does everything I need it to do. From core functions like an easy to navigate ATS to automation features like Talent Pools and the built-in AI.

It's clear Firefish was built with Recruiters in mind and has certainly makes my job easier.

We have been using Firefish Software for several years and are very happy with the service. The software itself works great, very easy to manage applications and jobs. The customer service is 5-star, they are always super quick to respond to any queries and resolve any tech issues you may have. They are constantly improving the system and communication is great with helpful videos, webinar's and emails keeping you up to date with anything new.

We are a Legal Recruitment specialist with approximately 33 users. We went live this week with Firefish and I can honestly say the whole process has been professionally handled and made so easy for us. Having previously moved from Itris to Bond Adapt we were not expecting the experience to be so seamless. Particular shout outs to Aiden (migration and implementation) and Jamie (sales). The migration was handled almost entirely by Firefish which has been amazing and so time saving. The coaching provided by Aiden has been calm, clear, thorough and obviously provided by someone who has been a recruiter in a former live, which is priceless. I would highly recommend Firefish to anyone looking to change CRM.

I have been using firefish for about 4 years and it's always worked well and super user friendly. When I joined my current organisation I started speaking with Katie in the customer service team. She is very personable and helpful with problems. I often have struggled with something and she would create a personalised video from me. She's an asset to the team!

Firefish is great CRM and a big improvement on our last system. The support is excellent and our account director Louise is extremely helpful and efficient.
