Very friendly
Very friendly, both people I have talked to. Sadly this year the insurance companies put the annual fee up by a factor or roughly 2.5x, and I cant afford it. However first2protect were great in that they were sympathetic and always understanding about it. It made bad news a lot more palatable. They also gave good advice to me after even though it didnt benefit them which is impressive. Thanks guys, well done :) Thomas

Renewal/cancel - customer service
Had to call today as I have moved out of the property I had cover for - spoke with Lori and did initially discuss moving the scheme over to the new property I am living in however due to me not being the named tenant this was not possible which was absolutely fine, we ended up cancelling the cover for the old property as I was in my renewal window anyway so this didnât come with any extra charges. One thing I would say is it would be great if I could have renewed for cover for just for my personal belongings when Iâm out and about - this wasnât possible as it comes as part of the household contents package and cannot be done separately so quite unfortunate.
Either way the advisor, Lori, was great! Answered my queries and was just completely open and honest with me.
