No Hidden Costs We have a totally transparent pricing policy, which means you'll only pay the callout and diagnostic charge once, even if we have to come back and fit parts at a later date. We also don't charge extra for Saturdays or Sundays - Meaning, the same price 7-days a week.

Very Good

Water was filling up in washing machine even when off. The problem was detected quickly and resolved. The new valve to be replaced arrived quickly and there was no extra charge for labour for second visit to fit the valve which is much appreciated. Thanks

This is the second time that I have had


This is the second time that I have had First Serve UK to fix my washing machine.
Abdul is punctual, polite and very competent.
I will definitely use him again if I get another problem.
I recommend him very highly. Don't go anywhere else.
