Duke Christopher is a horrible agent
Duke Christopher is a horrible agent. He helped me make the reservation and informed me I had a 24-hour free cancellation policy. The next day, the same flight was posted at a lower rate. I contacted him and he told me that he couldnât honor the lower rate. I asked him to cancel my reservation and he argued with me for 30 minutes. Instead of helping me, he kept arguing why I wanted to cancel. He kept saying I should contact the other airlines and I would not get a lower rate than what I have. I called within the 24 hour window. Instead of being polite and helping me cancel, he kept arguing. I told him I only wanted to cancel and if he wouldnât help me I would like to talk to another agent who could help me. Again he kept arguing and said in order for me to cancel, I would need to send an email. This is so ridiculous. I never met someone in customer service who was so argumentative and refused to help. I hung up and called again and got the same person. I asked to talk to someone else and he refused. I will never do business with this company again. Extremely poor service, argumentative and rude.

They are not actual travel agents! The flight you book is not the flight you will get. !
They are not actual travel agents. They have no access to the flights you supposedly book with them. They capture your information. I am grateful I did not give them all valid information. We thought we were booked on Sunday April 27th. Then after we booked on Flightsforall, it says , the booking is not guaranteed and no charges are this is They claim they are "verifying" your billing info.
In reality, they are usually waiting to see if the airline's "cheap" seats are actually available.. while they look up alternative that cost more. Sincerely yet firmly! I sent it twice. Electronic trails are very good to have. They bait you into thinking it is a booking of what you see, then they try to call so they can charge more and you will get deceived into switching to another flight. They also claim they are based in Texas. Yet they are not US based. Pretending to be travel agents makes me ill, we feel very deceived and refuse to talk to them on the phone. It was not our real number anyways. Beware, choose better.
