I had the absolute pleasure of working with Tufael Ahmed (aka Mr T from Flipdish, and he went above and beyond to help us. From the moment we met, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed.

Tufael took the time to break down each service clearly and patiently, making sure we understood every detail. He even stayed back to go through everything with us and personally helped us set up our Google Business Profile. He worked with us for over three hours, showing incredible dedication and passion for his work.

What stood out most was his commitment to ensuring we got the best possible deal, no matter what. The way he treated us as clients was nothing short of spectacular — I’ve truly never been taken care of this well.

Excellent customer service. Anytime you ask you get a response. They will go the extra mile to make sure you understand the system. I am still working my way through the features but so far so good. The system is very intuitive even my 10 year old niece helps me to manage it.

I have had a few business and worked with 5 or 6 different systems, but the flipdish is the best by a mile! The system is great, but a lot of them are. What makes it stands out is the customer service. Atif has been great! Super supportive, always there, very patient. At the end of the day, the company for us customers, is the people we deal with. For me, flipdish is Atif, and thanks to him, I'm having a phenomenal experience. This guy deserves a raise for sure! People like him should be an example inside the company for everybody.

Great team, especially the support team are amazing . A huge help from Laiba always answering and solving issues in minutes. She is always polite, professional and problem solving.
