They use UberEats for deliveries.

If i wanted stale food to arrive an hour late with half a dozen stops, I'd order directly from Ubereats.com.

messed around since day one what an absolute nightmare of a company seriously there engineer was very good but i think he maybe the only one they have that actually knows what he is doing support are shocking have no clue as to how to fix issues

integrations on the apps are p*ss poor

shame as i am seeing the potential of a very good system and software if only they could sort out basic fundamental issues

printer not printing properly bs excuses as to why it can’t do it

nonsense either lasy support or support that don’t know what there doing surely can’t be both

seriously annoyed

Great service with professionalism from who care about business

Flipdish has been great, and I want to highlight the amazing support from my account manager, Rikita. She is always quick to respond, very efficient, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Thanks to her, everything feels smoother and easier. I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication.

What can I say except im truly impressed by Mr Tufael Ahmed and how fast he worked to get ne temporarily live to take orders before my epos installation he told me the Head of Onboarding Meli assisted and got things moving faster so thank you Meli so much for your assistance. I am receiving orders and I hope the rest of the flipdish team help continue doing the same as Tufael and Meli as I have many integrations set through Flipdish like their Nash drivers on demand and their driver tracking which im really excited about. Tufael even explained & set up meeting with Nash to show how I can save thousands a year on my Uber just eat commissions without using their drivers and thought how brilliant Flipdish and their team is absolutely amazing.

I was called by someone from Flipdish then Tufael walks in to my shop just after I already signed up with Order YoYo. I told him I have a free deal and im happy but Tufael helped me understand what Flipdish can do and asked to look at my Order yoyo contract. He showed me where the salesperson lied and did not tell me the hidden fees. I was tired of people trying to steal from me so I didn't trust Tufael at first as well and didnt want to deal with anyone. Then Tufael said he is going to be in the area with another customer and asked me to check Flipdish trust pilot reviews then call him. After I kept seeing his name on many reviews and all the other good reviews from many happy customers, I called Tufael and said make sure you come back. He came back late at night and I told him I was shocked at order yoyo's 1.7 star review and feel like it was God looking out for me sending me Tufael at the right time and im glad i was introduced to flipdish and hope they can help my business with all the support Tufael already showed me. Thank you Flipdish and Tufael!

Recently moved to Flipdish for my POS in store kiosk, web & app. Can honestly say it’s been the most straight forward and positive experience. They even got everything done to go live early and I’ve not had a single issue. The POS and kiosk are very good and worth every penny. They are always available for support. Faultless!

Initially I thought, just another 3rd party, but when the sales rep, from FlipDish, Tufael came and explained what they are about, I could see sense.

I had decades of serious problems with uber, deliveroo and just eat. Commissions too high, no control, felt like a "customer" not a partner.

What FlipDish changed for me was direct orders, better margins, and customer loyalty schemes. What stood out most was their partnership approach, they work with us to grow the business, in fact I got a call that Tufael is coming to work one day to help with understanding and increasing growth of my business. FlipDish has been a smarter, fairer way to run online ordering.

I was so worried about starting a new food business but the way Flipdish team handled everything is just truly amazing. Yasin made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. From the very beginning, his patience and support is something i appreciate the most. He guided me through every step, made me understand everything even though we were pressuring him so much. Yasin is such a lovely and excellent person you can truly rely on.

Kobe, on the other hand, is a very sweet guy. He helped one of our team members with such generosity and also did a lot of hard work to install everything. The best thing about him is he's always smiling which makes you feel confident.

I don’t usually write reviews but this time I have to say Tufel Ahmed was really good the way he help me. I recently lost my mother and Tufel spend lot of time listen to me and explain how Flipdis can support me and my shop with website, apps and epos with good card system. He keep his word and I sign up.

He go through every small detail, no hidden fee or long contract like other company always do to trick restaurant owners. He even ask to check my card statement and when I look I find out I was paying 2 card terminal charges with Paymentsense and FDMS. This was from when I take over business from my father and it was mistake. They been charging me 2 year and now I get refund.

Tufel also promise to handle all the hard part of onboarding because I tell him I get headache from phone call and online meeting. He say don’t worry he will take care everything and even come down in person and send professional team to install and train me free because I go through lot right now.

Thank you brother Tufel. I really recommend if anyone deal with Flipdis ask for him. He genuine, caring salesman and I have not seen many like him.
