Everything from onboarding to set up and support was flawless. Real value for money when it comes to the total packaging and support is always available from the Flipdish Team and account manager Ravi! Kiosks are a great addition when serving the crowds highly recommend!

The integration team work ok and do the job. The marketing team and accounts managers are a different story.
I am waiting for the 3x referral €350 1.5 year so far. After I bring other client for flipdish told me I deserved to get one referral money, because the other partners what I bring on board it was long time ago...
Not fair enough and when I ask where is the referral just telling me to the Marketing team working on it....
The system work ok and make the business life better but some teams like Marketing, account management not ok at all.

As I am dyslexic I needed a lot of help setting up my menu and Fiona helped me out with everything she is so professional and great at her job

When you sign up everything seems amazing. After signing up when you need help, they accept the query but never resolve. We are trying to transfer ownership and they cannot process a simple form for over a month!
They keep saying ticket is resolved yet they haven't take any action since!

Very helpful and good communication before sale. After sales support is absolutely terrible. They are literally a shambles. They dont know how to resolve the issues I have been having with website they set up for me. Also had a change of director and they havent been able to update this after 6 weeks of chasing!

After-sales service has been absolutely terrible.

For the past few weeks I have a serious issue with the printer. Was reporting the issue to the customer service plenty times but nothing has been done. Promises of manager callbacks never happened.

Every time I call them they says they need to do some checks and test for the printer. After that they says it is faulty and they will order new printer. After few days when call them back to ask where is the printer they says again that some tests and checks needs to be done. Over and over. They tested the printer hundred times, they promised new printer hundred times. Still nothing. At this stage we are unable to take any orders as cannot see the prints on the ticket.

Avoid if you can. There is so many competitors who may provide a better service.
