From the beginning, Atif was always there for us during our integration into the new Flipdish System. We weren’t familiar with the system in the early stages of integration and he made the overall experience smoother, more efficient and user friendly. He went out of his way to help us with every little detail, participating in daily communication. He was on top of everything, providing us with constant updates and fixing problems within extremely agreeable timeframes. He would constantly chase me, looking for any tiny issue that he could fix, so that the system would be flawless. To be honest, all the cashiers felt slightly skeptical at the early stages of the system. However, thanks to his hard work, they are all quite pleased with the system and feel a weight off their shoulders as they continue to notice the benefits of the new system. It’s all thanks to Atif that the integration was so incredibly successful.

Spoke to Hamza few times. Today he specially came from outside by cancelling his family plan to fix our system issues and dealt with us so patiently and with a lot of understanding. Done exactly we requested so promptly and professionally. He is so well trained and excellent customer service. He is a an asset to the company. Hamza you are a legend. 10* star for you.

Worst company ever . They deleted my menu and customer service is shocking. Loss of buiness and they are taking payments within 2 weeks not even set up completely.

I’ve been using Flipdish online ordering since I opened the business in 2021. I moved to POS in June 2023. For the most part it’s ok but I have found a lot of issues and I find support very slow to fix issues - this is an ongoing problem for me. What I will say is I have a brilliant support manager (Laurie) and this is hugely helpful - not only in support issues which isn’t her job but in business growth and development plans - we have regular check in calls where we review business performance and I’m yet to find another till provider that offers this service. This being said Flipdish have some work to do to correct ongoing problems

I have recently used Flipdish for my Japanese takeaway and I would like to share my experience with others.

Flipdish helped me to present my shop in a very professional and modern way. The installation of the POS system, printer, website and app were all done in a great way and I am very satisfied with the service.

I would like to thank Ms. Leslieyfor her excellent and kind work. She helped me to install my system ahead of schedule. I would also like to thank Mr. Bruce for his professional ethics and first-class engineering in setting up the system.

Keep Away. Terrible company to deal with. No different than other cowboys.
They are so good to you and on the case up until to the minute they sell you the product. Kiosk, epos, online ordering you name it. Once signed up support is nearly ZERO and out of UK as expected
You will have to fight your way to get things done. All those promises about what they ll do for you is a big LIE.
Whats worst is that when you realise they are rubbish and you want to leave They ll just stop communicating with you and leave you in the dark.
If you are in touch with them and your sales person is Alex be wary and stop dealing with flipdish to save you the hassle. Grubber, EposNow, Kayana, Grubhub, Food hub and Flipdish are all the same with their selling techniques but offering no reliable product. Try finding a more decent one if you can

UPDATE :
I have waited 10 days after their reply to come here and inform everyone that This company is not only a nightmare to deal with but They are also big liars.
As of today They still have not refunded me fully. Their salesman have messaged me right after my first review and said refund was not made due to internal technical issues and would be made straight away and I would have it in 5 working days.
If you dont want to go through all this Just avoid flipdish and make sure You do your research well before getting any sort of deal or contract.

My issue was dealt with in a very speedy and efficient manner. Very happy with the service.

Good onboarding team Hassan really good . Sales person Elliot awesome guy. Havent started using POS but lets see how after sale service is.
