Last minute, you reached out to say the item I ordered was not available. You gave me two options for replacements. I wasn’t crazy about either, but I wanted flowers delivered on time for a special event.

The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers she received. They didn’t look as expected. The colors were wrong. Will not use this service again.

I placed an order of flowers and chocolates for next day delivery and the flowers arrived right on time. The box of chocolates unfortunately never came. I contacted customer service and received a refund for the chocolates. They were very friendly and quick to reply,

Flowers were beautiful , just as pictured. Delivered on time. First time using this company- will use again.

Happy to report that the problem described below was resolved satisfactorily. Although the plant was not located, customer service did an excellent job of investigating the matter. It was handled immediately and thoroughly. As a result, I was offered a full refund and also a discount on a future purchase. I really appreciate their professionalism and prompt attention to resolving the matter. I have used them for several years and have never had any issue with their services or the quality of their products.

Prior Issue:
The order was delivered on 08-09-25 at 4:25 pm! The funeral was at 11:00am. So funeral and the family had long since been over. I placed my order on Wednesday,08-06-25, which was 3 days in advance of the funeral and which was more than enough time for the order to have been delivered on time for the funeral. The intended family did not receive the plant. I need to know how I can have my money refunded. I even upgraded the order so that a nice plant could be sent. Or if another order can be delivered to the family since I have no idea what the funeral home did with the plant. This was so disappointing.

Delivered as requested and the bouquet looks like to the suggestion from the Internet

I ordered a basket of mixed flowers and plants for my aunt's funeral and what was delivered looked nothing like the image. In place of a basket was a cheap plastic tub with cellophane obscuring the majority of the plants inside. This was very upsetting to see when arriving at the services.

Great delivery, came midday the day scheduled, very prompt and the flowers were beautiful. They were even better than I saw in the preview picture, my expectations were met or exceeded in every aspect. My mother is very happy, so I am very happy with this order.

Honestly I know this is teleflowers but I tried pretty hard to find a local shop that was willing and able to take a flower order on the internet in the middle of the night, and by golly I couldn't find one in the local area. These teleflowers were less expensive and they arrived on time. The bouquet was maybe slightly discombobulated but what do I know.

Second time I ordered from Flowers Fast and order was lost. Had to make repeated emails to finally have flowers delivered to correct address. Flowers Fast needs to find a responsible florist in my area.

Flowers were delivered but they did not look at all like what I ordered. I feel ripped off. I will not use this companies service again.

First of all you couldn't deliver on my girlfriend's birthday, while i ordered the flowers half a week before. Second i selected the option to send similar flowers when they weren't available, but you sent a totally different bouquet.. With different flowers and different colors.

Luckely she liked the flowers(and they were beautifull), or i would have been very angry.

I will NEVER use this "service" again, because you just don't get what you pay for. I very much like the idea of your company, but this looks more like: "send a random flower bouquet for way too much money"

Delivered on time as promised

The ordering process online was very simple ! My order was delivered the same day within hours of order ! I used to use another company , but a friend of mine recommended flowers fast ! I'm glad I did and FF will be my go to from here on out. The arrangement was gorgeous

Delivered the flowers to the wrong address, but it is common at our apartment complex. (was just one floor below) Nonetheless, it was absolutely beautiful and I would purchase from them again
